Food was great. Customer service was terrible. The woman behind the counter reprimanded me for waiting patiently for my food. I had been waiting for my name to be called like one does at every fast food establishment. After about 10 minutes of waiting a woman yells my name and proceeds to tell me that she won't be calling my name out to get my food that I can read the name on the bag and take it. I am appalled at the customer service here and I do not appreciate being reprimanded for doing what I am supposed just because she didn't want to do what she was supposed to. On top of that, I asked for "light ice" in my drink and it was filled to the brim with ice. 0/10 would not recommend this location.

Every fast food restaurant should learn a little bit from Chick-fil-A. Of course I had a great experience like always. Can't wait until I get a chance to eat lunch here again.

Love chik fil a chicken. Great location and amazing food. Line was a bit longer than I like but moved relatively quick. Highly reccomend.
Chick-fil-A is a great fast food spot however this on is for students. I couldn't locate it on campus

The supervisor Trent is so caring towards his customers! I came in the other day and had an issue with the chicken nuggets, sent in a complaint and soon after got a response. Not only did I get an email from the supervisor, but I also got a phone call saying how sincerely sorry he was about my issue. I got refunded my money and he even paid for my next meal. I met with him in person, and he was sorry and addressed the issue with his work staff immediately. VERY pleased with how he handled this. He even helped me out on his break. Nicest supervisor I have ever met! Thank you so much Trent!
