The supervisor Trent is so caring towards his customers! I came in the other day and had an issue with the chicken nuggets, sent in a complaint and soon after got a response. Not only did I get an email from the supervisor, but I also got a phone call saying how sincerely sorry he was about my issue. I got refunded my money and he even paid for my next meal. The events hosted by the dining hall this semester have been absolutely exceptional. From the Oktoberfest to the Fall Festival to the Homecoming tailgate, these all were a wonderful getaway from my stressful classes. Not only are the events a ton of fun, the food is even better! Went the app route for inside pick up. Though I was standing in the app pick up line and was greeted by the cashier if she could take my order. Told he I had an app order. Shortly after I was greeted with my order by a very friendly staff member. Good experience and I like you can get a half and half sweet tea from the app menu. Stopped in to get an iced tea.
