The schillingers Rd store is awesome. They are a very busy place but they have a good system in place. The service is fast and accurate 99.5% of the time other than salsa given every time even I've asked not to in the app and in person but they put in bag. Very minor issue but it is one. The people there are always friendly and helpful. Wished the workers could accept tips because they work hard and will not accept tips because they are not allowed evidently. But anyways, I'm thankful and I appreciate the service especially in the curbside for those of us who have a drive thru phobia(being stuck or trapped or vehicle problems). Thank you! I would feed y'all but y'all already have the best breakfast and lunch
All I ask is to consider adding a side other the just fries and macaroni and cheese or fruit. šš¼

On 8/20/25 order a grilled salad and it was full of flies have not opened the salad until I got home. The chicken sandwich meat like it was 2 hours old
I really like this Chick-fil-A location. I come here about twice a month for their deluxe spicy chicken sandwich. The staff are always quick and friendly and the food is always delicious.

I want to give a HUGE thank you to Dee!! I came in on my lunch break and did a curbside order and the mistakenly put the wrong spot number. Which resulted in someone else getting my food (even though I was the only white chevy in the lot and the car who go my food was in a Cadillacā¦) but Dee was and always is so sweet and she let me get my frustration out and redid my order for me super fast. I told her thank you but hopefully I can show my true appreciation by giving her a good review!! THANK YOU SO MUCH DEE!!!
Every time I go to this particular location, they always forget something. They will replace whatever Iām missing or put you down in their ābookā because apparently this happens way too often. This time when I went to get what I paid for the employee basically threw the bag at me and still forgot to put the right condiments inside.This is definitely the worse Chick-fil-A in the area.
