Great food only issue is the new mobile drive thru line. Barely anybody uses it so that cars are backed up in the road. Almost got hit today because of it. I seen this was going to be an issue as soon as it was implemented. When I went to complain to an employee there they said this new strategy has made their numbers increase tremendously. So I guess that’s what they care about. I mean this store is directly across from a fire station. I’ve seen the fire truck not even being able to get thru because of the line.

I was not greeted at all at Drive thru. I stated I wanted the grill chicken wrap combo with no lettuce and median cup of Mac & cheese on side. They stated they have to put lettuce on my wrap because it's a corporate thing, any ways I took it. They put less grill chicken and more lettuce. Talking about somebody highly piss!!@@ Plus they gave me fries instead of Mac & cheese of what i asked for. It's crazy because when I went into another chick-fil-A they had no problem removing my lettuce. Highly don't recommend. Either go to schilling or the one @ the mall.

I went through the drive through to get lunch here and the guy who brought out our food was very rude to me and my friend. His name tag said Wyatt. He snatched the tag off the front window, didn’t really say a word to us at all, no “my pleasure”, and walked away immediately after giving us our food. The food itself is good but his service was terrible.
