Normally, I'm quite satisfied with the food that I order and the service. Today, not so much. This was one of a handful of times that I have ordered the seasonal salad and not received all of the ingredients that are supposed to be included. I asked about the missing ingredient today after checking my bag and was told that this particular salad doesn't come with the missing item. I explained that it normally does and it was on my salad yesterday. I was then told that they were out of the ingredient and I felt rushed away. I don't know about anyone else but when you take your lunch break to get something specific that you just enjoyed the day before and don't receive it, it's disappointing and annoying. It would just be nice if when customers order an item and there is a missing ingredient (or two (as there has been in the past)), we can be alerted of that and then make an informed decision of whether or not to order it.

I have been going here for a long long time now even bringing my grandchildren. And to see how they treated their employees is absolutely disgusting. They are so inconsiderate of their employees and treat them like absolute children. I will not be coming back here. They need to fix their management asap.
Always greet with a real good attitude. Barbie Q and Lemon and basil good. Lemonade and Strawberry drink is great. Cookie soo good. Veteran Day I was treated so well.

The food is very exceptional if you like chicken salad. Very clean, pleasant employees, food is awesome!
Parking: The parking was a little congested. The food is so good the drive-through is backed out on the streets!
Wheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair accessibility is great for the ones who need it. Space for wheelchairs in the eating area and the doors are wide enough for them to fit!
