Love it. The Fruity Fran and Olivia's Old South are my favorites. The grape is good also. I don't feel my arteries clogging when I eat this. 10/10

Y’all, I’ve ordered from Chicken Salad Chick in Mobile at least 3 or 4 times now, and I swear each time feels like the first bite of something so good it should be illegal. In a sea of heavy, greasy delivery options, this place is a breath of fresh (and healthy) air.

The food is next-level fresh—like it was made moments before it showed up at my door. The chicken salad? Flavor-packed. The croissants? Buttery perfection. The sides? Legit craveable. And the best part? It somehow makes you feel like you just ate a homemade meal without lifting a finger.

Whether it’s a light lunch or a full-on feast, it hits every single time. I’m literally tempted to order again while I’m writing this review. If you’re in Mobile and haven’t tried it yet, trust me—this is your sign.

You're way too slow..!!!!

I made an order on a Thursday evening via the app for 4 quick chicks for my Grandmother's 85th Birthday. I got an email the following morning that there was an issue with their system and to contact the store. I contacted the store and was told that they were too busy to deal with me because of a sale and they had a line to the door, but that they would take my number and call me back. The person mentioned they saw my order but did not see any issues on their end. I never received a phone call and when I went to pick up my order the following day was told they did not have my order and could not accommodate me because of their sale the day prior. So, I have no chicken salad for my grandmother's 85th birthday. I am scrabbling to find a replacement. I will not do business with this location again.

This location seems to have a problem after lunch..if you want dinner, do not go here , 6 times we have stopped by at least 2 hours before closing, and they were out of everything. Went by to get the veterans day deal...all they had was egg salad and cheese spread. ..no chicken salad, you know the name of the place. It sounds like new management needs to he hired, or just shut the doors after lunch. You obviously can't plan on dinner, which tells me they must not make the chicken salad every day, or if they do, they only do it once...so if you are eating here you are not eating fresh food. Would you go to another chicken place for dinner if they make the chicken that morning? I wouldn't and won't return here.

I requested to swap out my soup. Which they done HOWEVER, The young lady came out and while I was enjoying my meal and told me “next time they would charge me for the soup” She was nice and the food was okay other then the not so soft croissant.

I usually love this place and wasn't gonna leave a review despite waiting over 10 minutes for a pickup order, but I did not get my money's worth for my food , the sandwich barely had any chicken salad on it and I had to use my side scoop for my sandwich just so it wasn't all bread it seemed as if they were running low and didn't wanna make more or something, If that was the case I could've just got another flavor, like I said before I usually love this place but it feels like I wasted my money tonight very disappointed.

Forgot the pic🤦‍♀️got Olivia's on croissant 🤌😋always so good!!! Had lunch with a friend & the atmosphere was perfect to sit and chat for a long while, have our meal together and feel extremely comfortable! Thanks to the wonderful employees as well as the delicious food!

Food is good but the owners need to seriously invest more in the effectiveness of their drive thru. I pulled up 2:17pm, didn't place my order until 2:34pm, it took 40 minutes to get my order. This is so frustrating and definitely makes the experience horrible.

The asst. manager in the drive thru was a racist. She came yelling at me for no reason. I complained to main manager but will never go there again. Their customer service was very horrible.

This was my first visit to the restaurant, and I couldn’t have chosen a better location. I knew the food had to be quite delicious when I saw the long drive thru line.

I dined in and enjoyed the traditional chicken salad sandwich on a croissant. I’ll admit while the chicken salad was delectable (I ordered some to-go), my croissant was a bit dry and the pickle that came with the meal was not firm nor crispy.

Those things aside, the staff is very pleasant and they get your order to you with a sense of urgency. They also work diligently to keep the dining area clean, and they’re doing a great job.

During my time at this location, I was able to knock out some work and enjoyed listening to a teacher and her former student catch up. I’d visit this location again and highly recommend it.

Lastly, I want to share my appreciation for the affordable cost of the food. In this day and age when greasy burger joints are charging $20+, I really appreciate being able to have a fresh, non-greasy meal for no more than $12. Thank you.
