Worst Chili’s I’ve ever been to. We never saw our food after sitting there for an hour and a half, not even our appetizer. Our drinks stayed empty. Server straight up didn’t greet several tables and just let them sit there. We witnessed those other tables walk out and we did the same. Unless you plan on spending 3 hours at Chilis, do not go here.

Trinity immediately welcomed us with open arms and outstanding humour. Despite the limited food options, she made jokes and made the situation great. 10/10 Hostess. Our server Mahogany also has an outstanding personality.

First thing first my first time here was AWFUL‼️ If you got patients then I would recommend. When me my fiance and step daughter came here last year it took us a good min to get seated. After we got seated it was and hour later before we got served DRINKS‼️ NOT FOOD DRINKS‼️ Then we place our order finally. Then waited another 3 hours. I saw ppl literally get up and walk out This is ridiculous ‼️ Fast forward today. Same experience except this time it was just me and my fiance. We got seated 10 minutes of being there. We noticed a group of ppl behind us we waited 20 minutes no one came to take our drink order. You know the service bad when you pull out your phone and look at other restaurants and their menus. So bout 30 minutes in no drink order nothing my fiance ask the group behind us how long they been here without food, they said awhile. That's when me and my fiance got up and walked out‼️ This will be out last time y'all need to do better

We ate there tonight for valentine’s day we got there 645 at 9 we still hadn’t gotten our food. Tried to talk to manager who was rude. All around bad experience.

Being the first time at this location. Walking in the inside the floor and tables were full of dirty dishes and floors had trash on it. We were placed in the back by the kitchen which it was dark and cold. My husband notice the temperature on thermostat 58°f . Cold and uncomfortable. We asked if we could be moved by server passing by. Which they did. While waiting on another server for over 20 minutes. A lady walks up and asked how long have we have been sitting here,and apologize. We told her. She took our oder. After she left a guy came up apologized as well and took over.
Overall I feel like this falls under management 😕. We sat down at 330p it is now 431p no food 😑 😒

I tried to make a to go order and no one would ever come to the phone to answer the call. I went there and heard the phone ringing and the worker completely ignored it. Very disappointed after trying multiple times no one would answer. I left before putting an order in because if they ignored my phone calls, who knows how long it would take to make the food. Maybe you need workers who actually do their job. If it is busy, have one worker wait on customers and another to answer a phone. Why have multiple people working the hostess desk but not multiple people working to go area. It’s not hard to answer a phone that is ringing because I know other people were calling because I went from number 1 in the line to Number 3. It kept changing. It’s not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this Chilis.

Here's a minute-by-minute breakdown of the worst dining experience I've ever had. (Spoiler: Two hours after ordering, we left without the food we paid for.)

**5:35p**
My wife, my two kids (5 yo and 7 yo) and I arrive at Chili's. We're told the wait would be 20 minutes.

**20 minutes later (5:55p)**
Right on queue, a table opens up. My wife had been craving some Honey Chipotle Crispers. I was honestly pretty excited about their chips — that thin style tortilla chip really is the best. Our kids' first Chili's experience. We'd been hyping it up. Only minutes away...

**5 minutes later (6:00p)**
- Server arrives. He takes our drinks. Our kids order sodas, but we're informed there are no fountain sodas. No problem... We're not really a soda family. My son (7) orders a bottled root beer. No root beer either. My daughter (5) orders a strawberry lemonade. The server is unsure about the strawberry lemonade, but says he will check. Okay, waters all around.
- We also ordered food. At this point, we learn there are no Honey Chipotle Crispers for my wife's Triple Dipper. Okay. Do we leave? No - we're here. We're committed. We're doing it. We order our food, and kick it off with an order of Bottomless Chips.

**20 minutes later (6:20p)**
Bottomless Chips arrive. Turns out they do have root beer, so my son's root beer has arrived. However, still no waters. Also, at that point, my daughter, who is excited about the prospect of strawberry lemonade, is told there is no strawberry lemonade. She'll take a root beer.

**5 minutes later (6:25p)**
The waters and the added root beer finally arrive.

**30 minutes later (6:45p)**
Two baskets of chips in. The server continues to assure us that the food is coming. I'm surrounded by tables of angsty families with food-less tables. Didn't that table get here before we did an hour ago? Wait... Didn't that one as well? Nah, surely not.

**5 minutes later (6:50p)**
My wife makes a chatterbox out of the kid's menu. Brilliant.

**15 minutes later (7:05p)**
The chatterbox was a hit, but it's my time to keep the kids entertained. I start asking some good ole fashioned Would You Rather Questions.

**2 minutes later (7:07p)**
My wife's game was way more fun.

**8 minutes later (7:15p)**
Still no food. We start discussing the prospect of leaving, but we don't have any cash. We want to pay for the chips and the root beer. Hmmm... Okay, we'll wait. After all, how much longer could it be? The server assures us it will be out in 5 to 10 minutes.

**15 minutes later - 1.5 hours after ordering (7:30p)**
Finally, our food arrives. Well, our kids' food arrives. But my son's cheeseburgers don't have any cheese. Oh well, he's starving so he eats them anyways.

**5 minutes later (7:35p)**
My food arrives. Shrimp fajitas. They really do look good. But, wait... No silverware. Where's our server again?

**5 minutes later (7:40p)**
- We finally flag down the server. Silverware, check. Also, can we go ahead and pay the check? Also, where's my wife's food? He assures us that her food is coming out shortly.
- I pay $75 for our food. Wow. #ThankYouBrandon

**5 minutes later (7:45p)**
- We're assured my wife's Triple Dipper is coming. Just a few more minutes. We start discussing leaving. I'm apprehensive, since we already paid for the food, including her Triple Dipper.
- The server asks if we want the Triple Dipper boxed to-go. No, we reply. If it's only a few minutes away, we'd rather just go ahead and eat it here.

**15 minutes later (8p)**

Me and my partner usually love coming here. Today was an awful experience our drinks were empty for 20 minutes our food didn't come out at the same time and my steak was over cooked when I asked for medium , they offered to recook and gave me a rare steak after saying that the steak before was fine even though it had no pink and was brown. I left hungry and still paid full price. Not worth the money

I won’t be returning. The wait to be sat wasn’t bad but took 30 minutes and finding a manager before we saw our waitress. We saw her twice during the entire meal…. Which lasted 3 hours because of waiting for an hour for appetizers and and 2 hours for our food. Appetizers went to the wrong table, drinks were wrong, had to go to the bar to reorder any drinks we had because waitress never came back….. there were a few times I thought about just telling them to cancel it and we were leaving. Probably one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had.

We waited approximately 45 minutes to be seated, waited over half an hour for a server before having to find the manager. We gave our order and was told anything fried would take a few minutes longer. When our first drinks came out she messed up our drink orders. After sitting for an hour and a half, our mozzarella sticks and South western egg rolls we ordered were taken to the table next to us. Needing refills for drinks, we had to walk to the bar and ask, only to be told that the bar didn't have our drinks. Once the waitress finally came over with drinks she gave us the wrong drinks. Again. I usually don't mind but having a diabetic in the group and getting a non-diet drink is kind of a big deal. It's been near two hours and we're still waiting on food and the correct drinks. We've only seen our waitress three times. I can confidently say I will NEVER come here again. This Chili's could be the last place on earth serving edible food and I would rather starve. I would likely starve to death waiting on food anyway at this rate. I cannot believe that this is a viable business model. MAJOR changes need to be made or you should just close the doors. Monkey's could be trained to do this job better. The bad part is it is not even busy at this time. I could understand being busy but this is disrespectful. Do better.
