Came in for lunch with a group of 7. Sever was fine overall. Food was horrible. It was cold, overcooked, and just didn’t taste good. The food quality was just super disappointing for the price we all paid.

Horrible experience. We waited 45 mins for a sprite and a kids drink. Our server had three tables, she greeted all three tables at one time. took 15 mins to get drinks. Manager visted another table and we had to get his attention as well. The server took all three tables order at the same time, assuming she put them all in at the same time. We waited 1 hour and 15 mins, and watched four tables that came in after us be served, apps and food. There was absolutely no reason we should have had to walk out with our child upset she didn't get to eat. Chicken tenders, a quesadilla and a kids cheese pizza a simple order took entirely too long to watch other people get their food that came in 30-45 mons after us.

Party of 5 came to eat at 5pm on 11/28. Waited about 10 mins after sitting down for our waitress to come say hello and get our drink order. The sodas tasted like the machine was out of syrup. We ordered an appetizer and our food and then waited about 25 mins before having to track down our waitress to ask for the appetizer (which was chips and queso). She brought it out and the queso was ice Cold. Couldn’t find her to ask for warm queso so had to track someone else down who brought us a half full bowl of warm queso and said that was all they had warm. Our food came out and was good, no issues there. We asked for drink refills and it took about 10-15 mins to get them, and when we did get them they were wrong drinks. Waitress only came to check on us one time and wasn’t very attentive at all. Expect better when you spend $100 on dinner….

Overall it's a pretty good restaurant. We come here every couple months or so. The food is consistent and fair for the price. However service is hit or miss. It seems like they have a problem retaining experienced staff as wait times are all over the place, and there's a distinct impression they throw trainees onto the floor too quickly.
The worst part BY FAR is they hover over you while paying on their little tablets, trying to pressure you into tipping excessively for sometimes lackluster service.
I'd guess management encourages this technique as the severs always seem embarrassed to create such an awkward situation.
For the most part it's a good spot for a meal.

We drove a solid hour just to eat at Chili's. First they name off everything they're out of which was everything I wanted. That was ok we said we would still wait the 10 minutes and eat there. We waited 30 minutes, 2 other groups of 3 set down way after us and got called, finally went and asked them what about us and they had somehow skipped us. Multiple times. So we left. Sad, disappointed and hungry.

We came to Chilis in Mobile, Alabama, for lunch and they were out of numerous items: egg rolls, mozzarella sticks, Mac and cheese, ribs, maranara sauce. The waitresses was embarrassed to name them. What has happened to an eating establishment that used to be top tier? Can it be resurrected?
We decided on Chili’s because TYPICALLY (obviously only in other towns!!) the restaurant is reliable for good food offerings. However, this location in Mobile, AL is the poorest excuse for a Chili’s representation I have ever experienced. Going to the drive-thru at Krystal’s would have been a better option. While our server was good, the restaurant was out of more menu items than they had in stock. No ribs. No mozzarella sticks. No marinara. No southwest eggrolls, and the list was too extensive to list everything else. Whoever the GM of this location is should be replaced IMMEDIATELY with someone who knows how to run a restaurant. If you don’t have the funds to operate a restaurant effectively keeping in stock the menu items then close the restaurant. We will be crossing this Chili’s location off of our list and will share our experience if anyone ever suggests this location.

Tonight I stopped by Chili’s Bar & Grill to grab something quick to eat. The food was okay, but the service? Absolutely not.
When I was ready to check out, I handed my server, Ansley, a $100 bill. I watched her walk over and give my money to a girl sitting at the bar so she could “verify” it.
When she came back with my change, I asked her why she handed my money to someone else. Her response was, “Oh, she works at Regions Bank.”
And I’m just standing there like… okay, and???
How do you hand my money to another customer who is drinking just like me? Where was your money marker? Where was your manager?
That was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Horrible service for sure.

Cheese pull on the fresh mozzarella squares is insane and delicious! Great burgers. It's not a steak place what so ever I don't recommend them there but everything else is pretty awesome! Our waiter was really attentive and nice. Three of us plus took home food for my grandfather and husband. So 5 people in total.
We visited this restaurant twice—once for lunch and once for dinner—and each time the experience was exceptional. The staff members are exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the generous portion sizes and high-quality food. The dishes are flavorful and made from scratch, which accounts for the slightly longer wait times, but the wait is well worth it. The restaurant clearly shows respect for military personnel and veterans by offering excellent discounts, which we greatly appreciated. The environment is clean and well-maintained, though the restroom facilities are average and can get a bit messy during busy hours, likely due to the high turnover of customers. The servers consistently check to ensure we are comfortable and satisfied, demonstrating genuine care for guests' experiences. Despite being somewhat picky eaters, we found the menu satisfying and enjoyable. Overall, I give this place a five-star rating and highly recommend it to others.
