The food was very awful this time I usually go once a week.normally it’s decent. This time it was not my chicken tasted half done and seedy! I didn’t think chicken could’ve seedy!!! The black beans had been there for a while and the rice as well!! I got little portions of food after waiting all day to eat there. I was very disappointed and also disrespected especially when after me and my group of 3 got done ordering the person behind me slowly waited to order and I guess they didn’t think I would notice but had to go back up front to ask for a lid for my bowl and the employee was making the bowl from the holding food spot which made their bowl fresh with the newer warmer food! I’m so disappointed! Will not be going to this location anytime soon! I always spend good money there! It’s always at least 3-4 bowls I get for me and my crew. And always spend 50+ dollars there! Will definitely be taking photos of the food next time! 😢 I wish I had photos to share this time!

Many of the workers are always rude and act like they don’t ant to be there. There isn’t ever any vinaigrette or fajita veggies available no matter what time of the day that I go.

I drove almost two hours for Chipotle, and this location made me regret it. I waited about 20 minutes just for chicken to finish cooking. When it was finally my turn, the manager (I believe her name was Simone) was making the orders, and the portions were shockingly small. I had to ask for more at almost every step.
At the register, I asked for two sides of vinaigrette and was told they “only had it on the DML side.” I had no idea what that meant, but I said I was happy to pay for it. Instead of simply ringing it up, they told me I had to order it through the app. After going back and forth and asking for the manager, I was told again to use the app. I paid for my food, got on the app, and—surprise—there was no option to add vinaigrette. When I asked the cashier, she said, “I don’t know, I don’t use the app.” Then why insist that’s the only way to get it?
After more frustration, they finally managed to give me the two sides, but every single interaction was met with irritation or hostility, despite me approaching them kindly and respectfully.
There is clearly a major issue with customer service and management at this location. I wouldn’t recommend it, and I definitely won’t be returning.

hiiii!! i went to this chipotle on 10/23/2025 to see my beautiful sister start her new job & support her! while i was leaving because i honestly didn’t want to get her in trouble. a man, walked in my personal space, nearly bumped me, without saying excuse me. plus, he’s a doctor, so i feel that’s unprofessional in all. i took it upon myself to tell him “excuse him” because one, i do not play about my boundaries or personal space & also, i was raised with manners. when i need to get by someone i politely say “excuse me or pardon me” i was not disrespectful & i wasn’t loud about saying it to that guy either. if he feels offended, good! next time use the matters your parent taught you because i will ALWAYS speak up for myself. apparently my sister got in trouble for my consequences, which i feel isn’t fair & they told her i shouldn’t be allowed back in their establishment? & called me ghetto because that guy is their “highest paying customer & he’s white” which i couldn’t care less. also, i will be calling hr on a woman named “miss mo” because she called me out my name + using vulgar language & i really feel like that’s past disrespectful. also, i feel bad for anyone who works there because they look depressed , tired & overworked. thank you for this 3.9 experience. 🙏🏾

I love Chipotle but this is the worst location I've ever been to. We showed up 20 minutes after open and the door was locked. An employee came to the door and opened it, so no biggie, but then he disappeared into the back and didn't come out for like 5 minutes. The lady packing online orders completely ignored us. Then a woman comes out the back and we order 2 burrito bowls. She starts messing with tortillas and I explain I don't want a burrito, just a burrito bowl. She says that isn't on the menu and starts asking other employees what it is. They explain it's the same as a bowl and she laughs and literally wanders off. We left at that point since we clearly weren't getting any food.

The negative review basically boils down to the service you get when you place an on line order.
1. It takes 10 minutes of me roughly standing in the online order area before someone even acknowledges me standing there. Even when someone is actively preparing online orders.
2. Occasionally the order is wrong even after me placing the order 30mins prior and me waiting another 10 mins before I leave to give them time to complete my order just to have it not ready when I get there and wrong.
This has to be the worst online ordering process ever.

Got there early at 1045 and had to wait while they sat up and the server was very fast had to stop. Him twice to add extra stuff. Food always good

i always have a problem with my food here. it’s either the chips are stale, the rice isn’t fully cooked OR the beans aren’t fully cooked. yall have got to do better seriously they just need to shut this location down at this point

Maybe it's just this particular location in Mobile, but I remember a time when Chipotle was a good value for its customers as well shareholders. The food lacked flavor and purpose and the portions were small. The service was just okay.
$16 for one burrito and a drink is a bit much. I feel like Taqueria Mexico a couple doors down is a far better option for value and authenticity.

Hello paying customers, good people! This store lacks diversity. Predominantly blck females about the same size or weight. They behave like an unprofessional family because of this. How did so much of the same people get hired at one location? Reverse discrimination! Understand when this happens if you are blck, skinny, wtye, female, male you could be discriminated against or let's say shouted at. Woman +S/ staff++S placed chicken on my burrito. I requested half and half she said it was too late. Okay another issue, Informed the manager my burrito was not warmed up. She used the most trashy hand signals, in the loudest voice in front of all her customers to let me know her staff did warm it up!!! She notified me my hot foods in my order, made it cold cause I didn't place cold foods in the burrito, thanks. She could also care less I have ordered from numerous Chipotles. As she said, the customer is usually wrong yelling belligerently and screaming this!!! Chipotle what have you created at this location?! Are you reading the other one star reviews? You are creating an environment of abuse for customers. If this behavior does not cease with action from upper management something formal will have to be done here. There is one who looks low & sits high. Franchises like these open and close over time!!! Do nothing or do something. Let's see!!!
