We went on a Saturday, they were out of a lot of items. We went around 3ish. They go pretty fast when preparing your food, make sure you know exactly what you want.

Had to get on here and write a review of the portion size. I go to chipotle almost EVERY DAY and have even had them cater for my company spending over 3 grand with them. Over the last week the portion size of the bowl has been so bad that I do not even feel like I am getting full value of what I am paying. I almost walked out today because the lady serving the chicken did like half a spoon, then i asked for double to just get to 1 spoon full. I can't really see myself continuing to go here for lunch each day if this continues.
Be fair with the portions and stop short changing customers.

The two women working on the night of June 28 25 were beautiful to be working with the cooks did their job well and the atmosphere and conversation was like no other 10-10 will come if I ever get the chance to again
Ordered pickup for 11am and have been in the store for over 30nminutes now. 6+ walk in customers have already been taken care of . Myself and 4 others had to wait for pickup orders yet again, all the walk in customers got their food and left the entire time I had to wait . Employee had to ask over 3 times specifics of the order when all the order details were already submitted. Do not come here. Disorganized , if there is a manger , they need to be an hourly employee. This is a joke. Avoid this location. What's the point of pickup if they don't get it started until you get to the store ?
Employees had no sense of urgency nor any give a shit.
Horrible shift and again manager(s) are horrible

Worst staff ever
Stale chips I had to pay extra for and my order was not made correctly. They also didn’t give me any utensils or napkins and I had to go back in to reorder the stale chips as they were also not included in my order.

Horrible employees. Will roll their eyes to your face when the food you ordered isn’t ready like the app says. Will tell you they bump orders off the screen to clear the clock and that you can wait until they get to your food. Got my food 30 mins passed when it says it was done and they refuse to refund or cancel orders.

I travel the country eating almost solely chipotle. Been to 100+ locations easy. This is my favorite - most well ran, highest quality food, best proportions. Must visit for chipotle enthusiasts.

I recently visited Chipotle Mexican Grill and have mixed feelings about my experience. On the positive side, the food is absolutely excellent. I especially appreciate the vegetarian options, which are flavorful and well-prepared.
However, the service leaves much to be desired. The staff consistently exhibits rude behavior, lacking basic customer service skills like greeting, smiling, or providing helpful answers. On one occasion, I asked the general manager (Monique)which drinks contain sugar, and she responded with an unhelpful “I don’t know” and a dismissive attitude. Additionally, when I requested only bell peppers due to my dietary restrictions, I was met with resistance despite having this request accommodated in the past.
This poor service isn’t isolated to one location; I’ve experienced it at multiple Chipotle branches. After sharing my experience on social media, I found that many others have had similar issues. It’s disappointing because providing friendly and helpful service costs nothing, yet it can significantly enhance the dining experience.
I hope Chipotle addresses these service issues, as it tarnishes the enjoyment of their otherwise excellent food.

Airport Blvd. Absolutely terrible. Staff is extremely lazy. It looks like all the same typical people behind the counter. Go to Schillnger location where the employees actually do their job. Maybe this will save 1 persons time. Lol.

Pickup order completely incorrect and unable to get help for a $70 order.. my kids eat here 3x a week. Not anymore

Staff is rude . My request to manager is to have a chat with staff . I took 3 burritos, server warm all of them together, I requested her to warm up separately but she didn’t do, in fact argued with me, final result was, my burrito was like a rubber(cold)
