Kinda dirty employees didnt seem to care about anything and for mobile pickup you just come in and shuffle through bags and hope your order is there.
I ordered delivery from Chipotle's website at this location. I did not receive 2 out of the 3 items ordered and the tacos I did receive were sloppily thrown together and missing most all ingredients. I called to get a refund and they refused. Will not be ordering from this location again.
I got a bowl,with chicken! I must say,it was very good,I really enjoyed the food! And I’m definitely going back,and i definitely RECOMMEND!! THE ONLY THING WAS,THEY’ER A LITTLE CHEAP ON THE CHICKEN!! Meaning,it would be nice if they gave you a little more for the price that you pay! But I did like the food,it was good and I’m definitely going back!

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE
Well I ordered double meat and recieved single portion. And the chips were stale
Service was fine! Went to get my drink and that side table with silverware, straws, etc was wild. Dirty, unstocked, trash everywhere. And then I went to the bathroom before I left…… that might be one of the scariest bathrooms I’ve been in. There were flies… the floor was inexplicably damp everywhere… I didn’t touch anything without a napkin in between.
12:27pm lunch time today they ran out of chicken. Store was not even crowded.
25 mins wait for chicken.
Once chicken is ready , we ran out of veggies and queso.
And final touch was skimping on portions. 12:55pm, i am out finally with order

Food was good. The kid who served me did great till I asked him for a side of chips and salsa. He asked if I wanted guacamole or queso and I said that on the menu board there is a side option for chips and salsa. He looked at me and said “I don’t know” with a sort of “what do you expect me to do”. I said just forget it, I’ll take the chicken bowl. Would have been fine until I was trying to pay and he couldn’t find the keycard to get into the register. The rest of the staff helped him look for maybe 4 mins while the line continued to pile up until someone decided to work smarter and not harder and take 45 seconds to get what seemed to be the back up keycard. No apology for the wait or anything, just handed me the food after I paid. It seemed to be over, but then there were no forks anywhere so I had to go back to ask for one. He seemed new. Either the training needs to be better or revamp the whole operation. If the food wasn’t good it would be one star.

And the manager immediately jumped in helped me get what I ordered asap and was extremely nice

Today, 1/9 at 5:00 the rice was undercooked. I like chipotle and I’ll be back. Just mentioning it for constructive feedback.
Staff will let the line go out the door vs having a system in place to take care of online orders and in house customers. Be ready to spend 15 minutes waiting on the staff to acknowledge you to start making your order while they just continue to make online in front of you. This place needs a new system because this has happened literally 5 times. Go to a different chipotle. The one on schillenger is pretty good.
This place is filthy and disgusting the grill makes me wanna vomit, and there is food every where it all ways look like some one had a food fight .The black bean were dried out !!!!! Will not be going back signed GROSSED OUT CUSTOMER
They Never have the green peppers and onions.
My sister and I made a pick up order and were very underwhelmed with our food. The chips were stale, the queso was more like a flour based cheese sauce, no description on online menu. The rice had cilantro and lime, not described on menu. The burrito was extremely salty, the tortilla was tough, the chicken was low quality. I’m not a picky eater and neither of us finished our food. Waste of $17.
