Sigh. I give up. This is the 10th time they messed up my order (online ordering). I thought it was comical so I was seeing if I could get to 10 times. Always something missing (drink, queso, salsa, etc), food is tiny portions and low quality. I feel like the person packing the pick up orders has beef with me or something. The only way to get semi-good food is to go inside. So frustrating working from home and needing lunch. Here is my expensive bowl and an inedible kids meal with a giant piece of cheese and rubber meat.

++++ Thought I would give an update as I have talked to many friends and they have had a horrible experience themsleves here. You can see below I had a response from Chipotle and was asked to send them a message about my experience which I did over 4 weeks ago and no call or reply. It is too bad to see that this is just an auto response and no customer service. I don't see this location being in business very long. They need new management for sure.××××
Stopped in today because I was hungry and I'm doing a Keto diet. I haven't been in Chipotle in years because in past I wasn't a fan of their food. Knowing I needed protein I thought I would give it a try. They refused to sell me a 6oz bowl of steak. When I questioned it the guy at the register ( who had horrible customer service) told me because they didn't have a portion size for that. Tried to get a taco then without tortilla and was told the meat would be in a sauce to go cup. You could maybe fit 5 pieces of diced meat.

They are just disgusting human beings and I hate those girls that work there I had a free bowl and she charged me and tried to force me to pay?! I left do better chipotle. I rather chick fil a they are nice people ugh.

This place is a mess… staff is very clueless. I ordered for pick up and my order was still past the 20 min wait time. Not only that but the person who packed my order forgot all my sides and proceeded to give an excuse as to why something I paid for was not in my plate. He added the sides after me standing 6-8 minutes by pickup to address the issue and on top of that my fajitas were full of long hair all in it, lint or little black hairs in the sour cream. No one is wearing nets and everything just seemed very unclean to me. I have never in my life seen a chipotle so all over the place. Bathrooms are literally disgusting and other woman complain. There was an adult diaper on the bathroom floor and smelled like Feces. Overall this was an extremely poor experience. 0/10.

Honestly the vibe doesn't give clean. The taste has been off lately for me with BOTH locations... IDK why or what it is. After my last visit I'm officially taking a break from Chipotle. I just know it could be better.
Kinda dirty employees didnt seem to care about anything and for mobile pickup you just come in and shuffle through bags and hope your order is there.

I ordered delivery from Chipotle's website at this location. I did not receive 2 out of the 3 items ordered and the tacos I did receive were sloppily thrown together and missing most all ingredients. I called to get a refund and they refused. Will not be ordering from this location again.

I got a bowl,with chicken! I must say,it was very good,I really enjoyed the food! And I’m definitely going back,and i definitely RECOMMEND!! THE ONLY THING WAS,THEY’ER A LITTLE CHEAP ON THE CHICKEN!! Meaning,it would be nice if they gave you a little more for the price that you pay! But I did like the food,it was good and I’m definitely going back!
