I used to really like this place. Now, the dining room stays filthy, they're always out of food with no one cooking. It doesn't matter what time of day. Employees just stand around. Taco Mama just opened a new location a block away from me. Good luck trying to get me back in your store.

Placed an online order a couple days ago. Today I was eating my leftovers when I took a bite into something very hard and almost broke my teeth… it was a big metal bolt. I went into the store and requested to speak to the manager whose name was Reggie. He would not come out of the back to speak to me and instead had one of the employees Savanna to talk to me. She was very nice and apologetic. She said her manager offered a free bowl or other food item. I DONT WANT FOOD THAT HAD METAL IN IT! We agreed on a refund and that was it. I’m very disappointed in chipotle and will not be returning. It won’t let me attach the picture to the review but I did add it to their google photos.

This place is a sad reflection on where service, atmosphere, and pride in what you do goes to die. The dining area was filthy with tables covered in dried food, and crumbs. The ice wasn’t working. So a round of room temperature drinks for my family. Ordered a salad, and no utensils. When I asked I was told, “don’t have no control of that.” So I’m supposed to eat it with my hands? People vaping in the line and dining area. It was just gross. I would never go back here again. I hope the health department checks in on them soon. Trash cans overflowing and food all over the prep counter. Asked to speak to a manager and were told, “Reggie will come up when he’s done. “I’m not sure what Reggie was busy doing? But he never did come up. As we left that restaurant, it just dawned on me, if I wanted to take my family to eat at a truckstop for dinner I just would’ve stayed on the interstate. They would be cleaner than this chipotle dining room.

The service was great. I walked in, and even though their was someone in front of me, they got me through pretty quick. Of course, the food was excellent. I didn't sit in the restaurant, I did take out.

I used to love going here, in the past year the service has been horrible. Staff are rude all the time. Made a pick up order that was scheduled to be ready at 2:20 got there at 2:28 and they hadn’t even started on it. Place has gone down hill and it’s a shame.

The last few times I have gone, they were out of everything and it was 8pm. There was food everywhere. It wasn't clean. I left and a few others did as well. I went down to the one on airport and as they ran out of food they were restocking. They were busy but efficient. And most important, they were cleaning up as they messed up. When you have an open kitchen, we see everything. I will probably not be going back to this location and I live 5minutes away. I will drive a few extra minutes for a better dining experience.

Made a mobile order that after 25 minutes still wasn’t ready. I understand they were busy when I first got there but there was a span of a few minutes when no one else was in the store after the rush. I went and asked about my order and the girl making the food as slowly as she could said she was “working on it” in the most rude way possible. Terrible service and I won’t be visiting this location again

Ok place food is is good but sometimes they want to only give you a very lil amount of protein when they know it should be more but they are stingy with their servings .They ppl in front of me got more than I did and it seemed like they were getting low on the beef they didn't wanna give me hardly any at all ? When you pay 14$ for a bowl it shouldn't be skimpy

It was my first time visiting my hometown, Chipotle. A great experience I took a date, we dined in, I ordered a modelo, had a great conversation to boot. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was delicious. I was very satisfied as was she. I would recommend the Mobtown, AL location for lunch or dinnerParking: Find you a spot, put it in park, exit ur vehicle, walk, not run into Chipotle, and commence to stuff your grill. Got it, Go get it, folksWheelchair accessibility: Roll up and roll out, but most of all, "Roll TIDE!"
