My grandchildren was visiting from out of town so took them here and every time the card was used the game would not work and I ask a work for help no never came to help the manager shut down the jumming things on a Saturday this wasted for no help

Please do not bring your children here. Place reeks of weed. Half of the games don’t work. Missing balls on the games. Jungle gym closed. Food took 2hrs. Staff rude. Play cards malfunctioned. This place is ran down from how I remember it. Everything was dirty (filthy) I will be taking the little ones to Pete’s party castle from now on.
Edit/updates: worker was yelling at a young man for asking why the playground was closed. She was screaming “call corporate.” I say the new slogan should be “where a kid can’t be a kid” because how can you let kids in and then tell them they can’t play in the play area.

This place is FOUL. Bathrooms were worse than a porta-potty at a festival. Workers are incredibly unenthusiastic. They never refilled the salad station. Took 2 hours for 2 pizzas. The whole place smelled terrible. They had the playground blocked off. People’s parents were putting their kids over the barricades. Cops had to stand guard to pull kids off the playground. Half of the games don’t work. Tragic.
The kids had a blast. The unlimited play DOES NOT include the trampolines. Check for coupons on the website. We used them!

Noise and wild. I understand it is for kids, but they should pass out tranquilizers at the front door! Never again! And the price is outrageous for the nasty food.

We had a double birthday party there on Sunday. Our party attendant , Mr. Harris, was the absolute best!! He made sure everything ran very smoothly and had a very upbeat positive attitude! He was a real change from the prior parties we've had in the past, where just the bare minimum was provided. Thank you so much Mr.Harris for the fantastic day, he really went above and beyond! The ladies at the front were very kind despite how busy they were and the food was prepared in a very timely fashion. We are very grateful for the team that worked this past Sunday they really put on and these kids had the best birthday thanks to thier efforts!
