We took our kids to play some games it was affordable and the kids enjoyed it.

Brought my kids here yesterday and the lady working the register, Jasmine, was so extremely nice and helpful. We didn’t get any food or drinks so can’t rate that. A few machines were out of service. The little trampoline area could be a lot bigger. But the kids had fun just doing the arcade games so it’s worth it during the summer when it’s so hot outside and Mobile literally has nothing to do for kids that they haven’t done a million times already.
Cheers to Jasmine, though. She was great!

I just wanted to say the employees working earlier today when my son and I visited were absolutely AWESOME! 👏🏻 They were all so sweet, friendly, and incredibly helpful. It made our visit such a great experience. Also, the Chuck E. today was so much fun for the kids — they absolutely loved it! Chuck E. Cheese truly has some wonderful employees. Thank you for making our day so special!

It was kind of clean. The pizza was great. The kids that work in there are rude and unprofessional. The service sucked. Other than that it was pretty good.

No workers, half the games are out of service. This place is a joke! I haven't been in years and it will be another lifetime before I will willingly go again! The one in Huntsville is much nicer, cleaner and they have workers. Mobile always gets the crappie establishments!

My son had my 5 yr old granddaughters birthday party at Chuckie cheese in Mobile Al. Saturday Feb 8th 2025. We were put in the corner every time we had to leave to go play a game or anything we had to ask the other people excuse me can we get by you because they had a double party and I mean we were just a single party. We had to ask for everything nothing was prepared nothing was ready gave us the wrong Pizza the worst experience of our life you paid $300 for your childhood party and you get treated like dirt never again well I have to step foot I believe my son should have some kind of reimbursement because it was not cool.

There was some miscommunication about setting up for our party. When we first arrived they said that our party was for a different time than what was in our confirmation email and we had missed our appointed time. Then when we spoke to a manager she corrected the issue and it was set up quickly, however, the manager and the employee were pointing fingers at one another and it seemed unprofessional. Both employee and manager were on the young side so some of that is to be expected. I do think they need to invest more training into their people when it comes to communication and professionalism.

Had a three kids party tonight service was HORRIBLE there was only ONE worker that helped us the whole time while taking care of three other parties on top of ours didn’t catch her name but she was amazing ! I told manager she needs a raise , but do not recommend here for a birthday party , most of the workers was RUDE had workers pushing kids out the trampoline. Had workers not working our party ! Even a WIRE outside that shocked one of my kids trying to get in the truck tonight ! Even found A PILL in the bathroom floor 😞

Had a kids birthday party. It was very chaotic. Overwhelmed employees tried their best, but guests had to keep tracking them down to get basic things like cups that should have been on the table to begin with. There seemed to be no oversight, nobody knew what was missing at which table.

Worst location I’ve taken my children to. My daughter’s birthday table was not set up properly before arriving, we had to finish setting up the table for the employees. The food took a hour upon arrival to be brought out. Customer service from employees was by far the worst I’ve ever seen from any place of business.

My family has visited this location on Christmas Eve as a tradition for the past 30 or so years. This year was by far the best year in a long time. The restaurant was clean and vibrant & the machines were back in working order. Dawson was a huge help with our party of 20 though out the day.
