WORST service. Ordered ahead and they didn’t even start it until I got there at the time it said it was ready. Was told oh well. Meanwhile two women are sitting at a table eating Taco Bell and not doing a damn thing to help the one person in the kitchen.

The pizza and wings were good but the salad bar was disgusting they had pineapples tht was rotten and the lettuce was brown asked her to bring new lettuce she came back with the same lettuce just wet lol honestly everything at the bar was oldddd but I still had fun with my family and the games were awesome I loved the environmentKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly I like how they watch to make sure your kid doesn't run out or get kidnapped

Workers walking around grouped up pants pulled down not covering there butt. Menu items not available worst experience at one of these pizza places ever. And the pizza was over priced for the product. No chicken on a BBQ chicken

We took my 16 month old to her first chuck E cheese. She loved it! We were happy with this location. Very friendly and helpful customer service. The bathrooms did need to be cleaned. We did not eat the food, so cannot speak on that aspect. We will definitely come again!

Horrible horrible horrible! I can’t stress this enough. There is nothing but high schoolers who aren’t doing their job. Most of them seem high like they’ve been smoking. A lot of the machines were not working and they served us a medium pizza claiming it was a large. This is nothing like it used to be. Do not book a party here. $142 gone to waste ?

Too many parties were booked at once you could hardly move in the Birthday area. Some of the employees were just oblivious to what there job was. I ordered extra pizzas for the party and the party was almost over when I finally got them. It was hot, fresh so that was a plus. Won't ever do another party there again.

Go ahead and save your money and go to surge. Every game we tried to play wasn’t working and would just take our points !!!. We got so upset and tired of wasting points we decided to just leave . Really disappointed and probably won’t even return to use the rest of our points. Feel scammed and really wasted our time and money.
I purchased the mega package, had 15 kids and 8 adults come to the party. We received 3 medium pizzas (cut in 12 slices) for the kids, per the package it should’ve been 3 large pizzas. Some of the pizza slices were so small they were pizza sticks not slices, point is the kids were cheated and still hungry. I ordered 2 additional large pizzas and 5 adult drinks that we never received. Within the 1hour I made my first complaint and reordered the 2 large pizzas. The pizzas never came out. As time got closer to the end of the party, I again made another complaint: never received the pizzas, drinks, ice cream dots, my son’s birthday cake, or the ticket blaster. The unlimited game pass shut off, there I was with kids that can’t play games, still hungry, no cake for my son for his birthday. The manager refused to come out and handle the lack of service her customers were receiving. There were 2 other party tables complaining. One young girl tried to handle the issues. My son did get to do the ticket blaster, we were able to get the ice cream dots, my son got a slice of cake not the sheet cake I ordered. I’m dissatisfied in the service completely. There was no follow up, I put that on my hostess, no care from the manager who hid in the kitchen and refused to come talk to her customers. Instead she put it all on the shoulders of a young lady. Not sure what can be done to fix my son’s birthday party but training and follow up would go along way.
