My wife and I were looking for great sushi and we found it! It was so fresh and delicious. The specialty rolls were unique and tasty. It's some of the best sushi we ever had. The cocktails were great also. Ashley, our waitress, was delightful! She gave us great service and shared the secret sushi menu with us and then gave us great recommendations. We will definitely come back the next time we visit Mobile. I highly recommend Chuck's!

Went here for our 2nd Wedding Anniversary and the owner came and checked on us personally. Home town upscale atmosphere. Would dress up! The sushi is too die for and purple haze sake wonderful!

The food is delicious but there's room for improvement. Rice and risotto are a little over cooked as is the fish but that could be from sitting under the warmer waiting to be served.Service is great and super friendly.Atmosphere is only 3 because it's a little crowded with seating.

This was the best meal we've had since we moved here. The fish was fresh and they didn't overpower the natural flavors of the fish with sauces. We had the sashimi combo, stuffed shrimp, red dragon roll, and a few Valentine's Day specials--salmon crudo, crab chorizo boudin balls, vanilla custard filled beignets with lemon strawberry coulis. The food and staff were phenomenal!!! I hope they add the salmon crudo to their regular menu! Definitely coming back!!!

First off, lemme say I'm a picky customer. Tori was an amazing server, she was sweet, attentive and made great recommendations. The sushi was fresh and well made. I'm from the west coast and haven't had such good sushi since leaving Cali. The seafood rigatoni was rich, creamy , flavorful and oh so tasty. The grilled fresh fish catch of the day was tender and perfectly cooked. Never had a meal I didn't need to add salt, pepper and in the case of seafood, lemon too, but at Chuck's everything was perfectly seasoned out of the kitchen. Cocktails were creative and tasty, good wine selection, even the cheesecake we had for dessert was awesome. If you're in Mobile, check out Chuck's, you won't be disappointed.

The best sushi I've had from any place around here. Their specialty rolls are very large portion size and really good. Plus highly recommended the bread pudding dessert. Service was excellent as well. Parking was the only issue buts that's not in their control but during dinner be prepared to walk a few blocks.
