The food was absolutely delicious and fresh, the young lady and 2 gentleman were so polite and friendly. I drove from Spanish Fort in Baldwin County to go to that Church's. Now the building can look a little better on the outside, but the food was MAGNIFICENT! THE SERVICE WAS AMAZING!

I haven't had Church's chicken in over 20 years. The food was hot, fresh and so good. The staff was very nice and professional. This was the Church's off Cottage Hill in Mobile, AL. Sadly we don't have one in KY anymore.

Went in and ordered a a two piece employee come straight out the restroom didn't attempt to wash his hands started making my order I got a refund and went somewhere else

Husband went to get a family pack of chicken the other night and after waiting was told they wouldn't have any chicken for 30-40 minutes. Do they not even have the fryers turned on? Even places that have had to make chicken in the past, it's only been 10 min or so. Building was run down and filthy on the outside, inside was dirty. Won't be going back.

There was only one person working the front, which was hard, I know. But when I got there I couldn’t tell if it was even open. Two cars came to the drive up so I went inside. I waited while the lady waited on them. She asked me what I wanted but walked away when I tried to tell her. More cars came to the window and she waited on them. There was chicken and biscuits that had obviously been sitting out for awhile. Finally, I got really upset and remarked that I had come before the cars. She then started throwing chicken in boxes ( the chicken sitting under the light). She told a lady behind me that it would be 15 minutes before the fresh chicken was finished. I took that to mean that what she gave me was old. It was an outrageous price and tasted bad. I was really disappointed and upset at the way I was treated.

I placed an order from Church’s Chicken online, and my confirmation clearly stated that the food would be ready by 8:15 PM. This experience was absolutely unacceptable. I can't believe I had to wait over an hour after the promised time, and what did I find? Total chaos and absolutely terrible service!
The restaurant was absolutely filthy and completely unsanitary. I can't believe NONE of the employees are wearing gloves while handling food.It is absolutely unacceptable that one staff member was out of uniform and had her children at work. This is just so unprofessional and reflects poorly on the entire establishment. Honestly, it’s just unacceptable that they’re clearing out orders in their system without even bothering to fulfill them. This is ridiculous!
I can't believe it, but when I finally got my order, it was completely wrong. I clearly ordered spicy chicken, but what I received was the original. This is unacceptable! I can't believe the utter disregard for cleanliness, professionalism, and accuracy during my visit. It was just so disappointing!
This place is unacceptable, and I will definitely reconsider coming back here.
