I placed an order from Church’s Chicken online, and my confirmation clearly stated that the food would be ready by 8:15 PM. This experience was absolutely unacceptable. I can't believe I had to wait over an hour after the promised time, and what did I find? Total chaos and absolutely terrible service!

The restaurant was absolutely filthy and completely unsanitary. I can't believe NONE of the employees are wearing gloves while handling food.It is absolutely unacceptable that one staff member was out of uniform and had her children at work. This is just so unprofessional and reflects poorly on the entire establishment. Honestly, it’s just unacceptable that they’re clearing out orders in their system without even bothering to fulfill them. This is ridiculous!

I can't believe it, but when I finally got my order, it was completely wrong. I clearly ordered spicy chicken, but what I received was the original. This is unacceptable! I can't believe the utter disregard for cleanliness, professionalism, and accuracy during my visit. It was just so disappointing!

This place is unacceptable, and I will definitely reconsider coming back here.

I ❤️churchs, i worked at churches at five point, that springhill and ann. Well the taste has been different and i dont know if the one on springhill and western drive need to give others lessons in cooking churches chicken properly because i have never gotten hard burnt or too brown biscuits or dry or untasteful food from that one. Somebody needs to teach the cooks how to not overly dry out the chicken which when i worked there it came from putting too much together to be cooked and not stirring the chicken around continuously. them biscuits are good when they arent too brown. they need to bake biscuits only on middle rack of oven not lower and nit the timing cooking but also look with your eyes them biscuits be looking too brown and then under that light they get harder and harder. I ❤️churches but it hadnt tasted the same in a while.

They are always short staffed but the chicken was sooo good, it didn't matter. They've been out of honey butter biscuits lately but rolls suffice 😞

Poor quality food at best description! The Churches on cottage hill was absolutely terrible and I'm not a hard critic. Really bad.

I'm here at Church's Chicken Wanted some chicken haven't had it sense I work here I'm currently on my break churches open up about 10:00 a.m. 15 mins from now and there's no one here at the store and the employee is outside walking in the parking lot 😞

I ate my lunch here today and the chicken was burnt, it tasted like it had been cooked in old oil, plus it had a smell to it. No biscuits because the oven no longer works. Finally no peppers because the truck hadn't run yet. Plus the lady checking out the order held on to my debit card whilst fixing my food...... Terrible.

Just ordered.
Two apple pies that seemed to take over 20 minutes to receive the pie. All she said was to pull forward and we waited over 20 minutes.

they were out of many items that i ordered online and they DID NOT REFUND my money, the corporate office number doesn’t work either ! i would never eat here again. the manager was careless and rude .. $15 worth of missing food , no refund, chicken was overly cooked she did not try to resolve the situation, she walked away, it doesn’t matter how nice and respectful you are the manager has a terrible attitude. i will contact corporate one way or another. i use to come here all the time. i have no idea what went wrong

I was in the drive-through about to order and I was greeted. I couldn’t understand what they were saying.Then after sitting there for a couple of minutes I started to say hello hello and then somebody yelled at me through the intercom and said drive around, sir. I told him I’m not a sir I’m a ma’am and I didn’t understand what you were saying I was trying to get clarification so I went on the inside.. So the person with the headphones on, I guess he’s a manager. He was so rude and unprofessional even to Churches employees because they’re not his employees, they work for churches, but the tone that he was using towards them and me was HORRIBLE? he shouldn’t even be a manager. He needs to learn common courtesy towards others. Just because you’re in charge doesn’t give you the right to belittle others. His name is Mike. I heard him tell another person his name while they were in the drive-through while I was on the inside getting my food. He didn’t assist me when I came inside. A young lady by the name of Amber assisted me and she was wonderful. I really appreciated her as well as a couple of the other ladies that were there. They were nice one young lady walk from the back and asked me had I been helped. The only one that was , being rude to others was mike…dictating to everyone else walking around with fake long fingernails on serving food ?

Great food, but I've been here 3 times in the last year and all 3 times I've spent over 30 minutes in the drive-thru and had to order at the window because the speaker was down.

One day i was on lunch and stop to get something to eat and it was only one person working not other customer was in there and the employee look at me and did say nothing. So I waited 6 minutes to see if he gonna say nothing and he did so I left. Some of the worst customer service I ever got. I seen people eating off the line.

I can say I used to love eating here. This location in particular, but as of lately the food just isn’t worth the 45+ minute wait that comes along with ordering here. Three times now we went for dinner take out and waited over 45 mins for food got the food and the okra was burnt the biscuits were literal dinner rolls from the grocery store and the chicken tenders were barely breaded it’s just not worth it. They will tell you they will fix it next time and they are soooo sorry but it’ll happen again every time. Don’t waste your time or money on this place!!
