This is the right fix when you want something sweet. This cinnabon is excellent when it is warm and just came out of their oven. I always buy extra cream cheese icing to go with it. No matter which shop you go to they seem to be very consistent. This one was in the mall and the staff was fast and friendly.

The employees don't listen nor do they ask if your order is correct. They didn't even greet me and when I told them what I wanted they looked at me crazy then gave me something fast and when I get back got to the car I realized they gave me mini rolls when I said a classic Cinnamon roll twice. I decided to let it go then I tasted the rolls and they tasted old.

Terrible attitude the manager was so ugly we tried to tell her something was wrong with the coffee .I would like for the owner to contact me. The manager needs to learn customer service. We were very nice and she was so ugly. She should not be a manager.

My husband and 3 yr old son came in today and got a blue lemonade. My son didn't drink a drop from his sippy cup when it was filled with the blue lemonade, come to find out, it's soured. Didn't find out until he got home, 1 hr away, and now we are upset. Don't know when that lemonade was last changed or the machine it's kept in cleaned. That's how you get people sick. Good job.

The management of this establishment supports predatory behavior amongst minors, specifically female minors 15 years young(and younger). Do not support this franchised Cinnabon location until all management and staff is replaced with functioning and professional adults. Unfortunately, this location is still somehow ran by mentally-ill and involuntarily-celibate predators.

The manger Billy and his best bud John are very unprofessional. John, who is in his mid 20’s treats the Job as his personal hunting ground to prey on young girls. Because my 15 year old denied his sexual advances towards her, the manger Billy decided to fire her. When she proceeded to ask for reason of her termination, he replied “ I don’t have to give you a reason, just leave” the guy that hired the manger will not accept my calls! I hope this review reaches corporate & we will be getting our lawyers involved
