This was our first time visiting this bbq spot in Mobile. The food was not really good. We tried the brisket, soul rolls, Mac n cheese, smoke oxtails and wings, collards, and we suppose to have yams. But they did not get the order correct. All this food was $76. The meats were smoked but lacked any additional flavor. The collards were okay. Soul rolls were bland. Mac n cheese was okay. This food definitely was not worth $76.00.

Tried Coach Brownâs for the first time today. I must admit this is the best brisket I have ever tasted. It was so tender and the flavor was perfect. This will not be my last trip to Coach Brownâs. This is a takeout or eat outside establishment so depending on the weather you may want to plan on taking your food home to eat.

Well, I ordered the fish special for $22. I waited thirty five minutes, and they said they just dropped in the fish. Ten minutes later it was not ready. I requested my money back. All of the sudden my lunch was ready. I lost my appetite. I was furious. All I wanted was my money back. They offered the order for free.i turned it down. All I have is a hour, more than some. They said it would be ready in fifteen minutes. Unexceptable! BTW, Good food,bad judgment.
