Shopping day at Bel Air Mall, went to Coffee Monster for an awesome Peppermint Mocha Latte, the barista was so professional and friendly, made me feel at home, great coffe, great staff and great service, what an incredible experience at this beautiful place. I'm definitely coming back. Passion & devotion equals love.

$4 for a tea? Seriously. Their coffee was cheaper. They only offered the monster size. No choice just to buy ONE tea bag with water? I can buy a whole box of tea at the market for less than $4. Since when is buying a tea treated like it's a delicacy with such crazy prices? It's the only game in town at the mall so I can see why it gets a 5 star rating. Put it next to any other coffee shop and it's "meh, I've experienced better."

This is a great little coffee shop. I'm glad the big chain is gone from this local so that local business can grow. They don't have cortados but after explaining what it was to the barista she was able to make one of the best cortados I've had in Mobile.

I must say, Coffee Monster is a force to be reckoned with! Initially thinking, it's "mall coffee" (just being honest) I didn't have the highest of expectations on my first visit, but wanted to give it a fair shake and open mind. I'm so glad I did! CM, is playing zero games! Whenever I'm in the mall, I make sure to stop by-- without fail! I even brought the hubs by to give it his stamp of approval. He did, and even gave it a slight edge to our local favorite (that will remain nameless). Their coffee is rich and delicious! Their lattes are absolutely on point, and hubs says they make a mean cafe mocha. I've heard rumors that there are plans in motion for the opening of their second location (in West Mobile). It will be a great addition to the coffee scene, and I'll certainly be in line! Y'all, don't sleep on ol' Coffee Monster-- it's a beast!

Very friendly lady behind counter. My first time here and a regular in line ordered the blondie so I followed her recommendation. The employee was super pleasant as I asked about what it was (caramel is my JAM) and had it ready for me in seconds! Will def be back next time I'm in the area. Better value and same quality as similar coffee shops!
