I’ve been going here for about a month now like 3 or 4 times a week 😂 it’s ridiculous, but I just LOVE my drink! They make it so delicious every single time. I always leave wishing they had a size bigger than the large! 😅 The customer service is always great too. Last week there was a girl working the morning shift (I hadn’t seen her before). I think she was training another employee, the trainer wasn’t super friendly, but the one being trained (I believe she had a blue shirt) was so friendly and made me feel really welcome. Overall, this place is definitely one of my favorites! 1000/1000 💯✨

Highly recommend! The coffee is really good, environment is perfect to set up and get some work done. Not super loud, very clean, and plenty of comfortable seating. A plus was having several areas to plug in my laptop!

Some of my absolute favorite roasted beans on the planet!! Also the best chai/dirty chai in town!! Great owners, great environment, and one of very few kid friendly coffee shops. Love this place!

So I just moved to the area and I've quickly learned there are a lot of coffee shops but not a lot of good coffee shops. This one is good! I have been struggling to find a place that puts the coffee above the sugar in Mobile and this place isn't perfect but so much better than the rest!

I love their coffe, food, everyhting, and the people who work here are always so lovely, but the florida st location has a major issue with their online ordering / app. Supposedly they have no way of filtering what their location does and does not have as the app favors the government st location, which has lead to me ordering ahead many times only for this location not to have what I ordered because it's only at the downtown location. It just creates a nightmare for their employees, as well as really frustrates me as a customer when the point of ordering ahead is to save time. Would be more than happy to give this place 5 stars, but not until they fix their issues that affect both their own staff and the customer experience.
edit: for example, I purchased a croissant on the app with my coffee, when I arrive I was told that that location unfortunately did not carry croissants and explained to me that it was likely an item on the menu at the downtown location and that they had no control over what the app does and does not offer regardless of this store's inventory. The women in store were perfect in offering a substitute or refund, but it's a shame that they have to do this in the first place.

I tried the Very Berry Smoothie today, it was delicious!
Excellent atmosphere. Clean. Bright. No loud music playing. Food and drinks are over priced. In this recession. I personally will have to stay home. Was looking to get away from Starbucks increased prices. This place is more expensive than the siren. Unfortunately great places like this will close when they don't pay attention that average consumers cant afford this on a regular basis. Growth comes from volume and steady patronage. For those not having to tighten up frivolous spending. This is your cafe. You will be very happy here. Truly a nice environment.

I have been coming to a Coffee Monster for at least 2 years and have been ordering all of my coffee drinks with non-dairy milk. On my last visit they tried to charge me a dollar for non-dairy milk and then tried to gaslight me into believing that I was mistaken in my experiences of never being charged before. They certainly lost a customer that day because how are you going to charge a person for having a dairy intolerance? I'll continue to go where they make my drinks with my non-dairy milk for free. It's a shame though because I really liked their coffee!
