I have been coming to a Coffee Monster for at least 2 years and have been ordering all of my coffee drinks with non-dairy milk. On my last visit they tried to charge me a dollar for non-dairy milk and then tried to gaslight me into believing that I was mistaken in my experiences of never being charged before. They certainly lost a customer that day because how are you going to charge a person for having a dairy intolerance? I'll continue to go where they make my drinks with my non-dairy milk for free. It's a shame though because I really liked their coffee!

They missed the mark here. I went to this place because of the name. I love the Memes on fb of "Coffee Monster". There was zero reference to Coffee or Cookie Monster. The interior design was all over the place. Nothing really made sense. The staff were all quite young and not very professional. I was really hungry and looking forward to my Pumpkin Muffin after a long walk to get there and they giggled when they dropped my muffin on the floor. They offered it to me saying it was only on the floor for 3 seconds.
I had been so excited to go here and was horribly disappointed in so many ways.
It's really out of the way and was a total let down.

Stopped in after driving all night on a road trip. I was greeted by three friendly staff members who gave me great recommendations. I went with the Crème Brûlée which is one of their fall drinks and it was amazing! Would definitely recommend stopping by. If I lived here this would be my new go to coffee shop ❤️

Great coffee shop, and place to work. Staff is super nice and accommodating! Make great drinks and food as well. Totally recommend this spot for a solo coffee run, or hang out with friends/family!

Just a nice spot that breaks away from the coffee chain monotony. Staff friendly. Places to sit. A lot of parking and there’s a drive thru. My drink was pretty good and worth going back for. Some other coffee places just hit the mark on their drinks.
