Cold Snap Frozen Yogurt

Incredible frozen yogurt selection. They carry dairy free options...and not just one flavor like most places. Yay! They were all super delicious. So stoked to have found this place. The owner is friendly and welcoming. Can't wait to visit again.

Great flavors! Sucks it’s not self serve like the majority of frozen yogurt places, but it’s understandable. Don’t want people to make a mess and ruin it for all. Kind of pricy; it was about $9.50 for my cup, so a bit too much.

It’s absurd that you can’t fill your own cup up at this place, they have someone do it for you. One of the main attractions of a froyo place is that you can customize and fill your cup up with whatever you want and as much you like. Very disappointed and the prices aren’t good either.

Very clean and nice

Had my daughter's birthday party here on a Saturday afternoon. Owner and staff made it super convenient and were easy to work with. They were super friendly and even decorated for us. 5/5 would recommend!

We discovered this place by happy accident and it was very nice to be attended by a very nice lady that told my daughter and I how it worked and helped us choose our flavors. It was a little interesting to be served behind a roped line but it didn't take from the experience at all since the lady was so very nice and kind. All the flavors we tried were absolutely delicious and refreshing. The Froyo was very much airy and nice. It reminded me of having yogurt with my grandma when I was a child. The ingredients tasted fresh and it was all over a good experience.
I will say that it was a little odd trying to take a picture and being told by the owner she would rather I not do it or post a review at all, that really took from our experience as it made things a little awkward, she said the pictures would not be professional as if that would make them bad. She did later approach and told me I could post it no problem since it was taken before we even touched our food and not half eaten and weirdly taken at all, but it made me feel a little less welcomed. The atmosphere kind of feels like they are used to their regulars and comfortable with that.
Maybe they have had bad experiences with reviews of customers taking pictures. I do not know. Maybe I caught them on a bad day. I loved the other lady that welcomed us and explained stuff to us, and the younger lady that attended to us the second day we visited was also kind.

Dietary restrictions: They have sugar free, dairy free, and almond milk options which makes it easier on people with dietary restrictions plus all toppings seem to be very well separated and that helps with cross contamination issues.

Kid-friendliness: They have a very fun chalk wall and all sorts of chalk colors to write with, both times we have been in this week the kids have been having fun drawing and writing on it.

Not a fan of it being assisted service. HOWEVER, I understand why and appreciate the cleanliness of how they are running it! The manager/owner and the girls working were the SWEETEST ladies ever and were ready to give us any flavor we wanted to try! Also, the flavors were REALLY good! Best Froyo in mobile! Will definitely be back!
