I really don’t know who the manager is or who is in charge of this location but yall need to get this situated not blaming the workers Every time I come here there are holes of melted styrofoam in my styrofoam tray that can’t be healthy to eat Speakers box seems outdated and they can barely hear us through it asking multiple times what can I get you and sometimes not giving me everything in my order, do better managing this location.

I ordered a barbque sandwich that comes with cole slaw on the top. I asked for the Cole slaw to be put on the side instead of on the sandwich. I was charged extra for the slaw. When it came there was only a small amount in the bottom of the cup. I showed the cashier. She went to the back then came and handed it back to me and said, you ordered a side not a cup. It was little more than a teaspoon, that was originally to come on my sandwich. I asked for it on the side and was still charged for something that was already mine. And still got cheated!!!!! Both ways!

Burgers were dry, fry’s were old and cold. The walking taco was full of lettuce and a small amount of meat. One girl was running around like a crazy person trying to keep things running. This is where management is the problem. Was looking forward to eating at a Cookout again. Ate at one in Kentucky was so good.

Food was awful. The hamburger was a kids hamburger at McDonald's. It's not what I was expecting. I only gave a 3 star cause I did leave my phone an the manager put it up for me instead of letting a group of teens getting it.
