Dumplings were too salty to eat, they were out of grilled chicken tenders but everything else was good.

I got a e-mail pancakes, two, and bacon for $7.99. After I ordered and got my food they told me the email was wrong.They should have told me first not after not after I ordered.

The Two women who waited on me were excellent!!
The obvious "Supervisor NICOLE" showed her weight getting totals etc from the cash register.....was rude. NOT hospitable as she asked my name.
After I was told to waited in another line...... and paid....

I indicated to the two waitresses they did a good job and pointed to the supervisor and indicated she was rude. At that time she voiced her opinion as I was leaving. NOT professional. Looked back and reminded her she was rude talking to me. No increase in tones with our converstations....However the next customer she conversed with was VERY nice....HIMMMMMMM I wonder why! I know this sounds elementary..... just some supervisors need to check the PEOPLE skills!!!

Can't go wing

My steak tips had been cooked for a while. Half of them were hard on the outside. My husband's fried chicken was the same way. It had been cooked awhile and dried out. The waitress may have been new. She brought a bowl of broccoli and spilled half of it on the table. She should have immediately cleaned it up and brought another bowl, but she didn't. She said I'm sorry, do you want me to bring you another bowl, instead of just bringing it. She didn't clean up what was on the table. We finally told her it was OK, but she didn't seem to know what to do. It was a different experience for Cracker Barrel.

We had two servers yet it took a while to be serviced. Asked for items but did not receive them. Food was not tasty.

Overall a fine Cracker Barrel. The food was good and came out as ordered. The wait seemed to be a bit long to get the food, etc.
Although that's something I've noticed almost everywhere since the pandemic; wait service times have lengthened and they don't seem to be getting any quicker.

Excellent service, happy and smiling servers. Personally, I recommend sitting in Tamara's section. A lady who is enjoying life.
The fried apple pie French toast is EXCELLENT!!!! I highly recommend it. So good I even added it halfway through my meal. 🤣🤣🤣
