I placed my food take out order and about 13-15mins later the host informed me that they had not placed my order. She said it would be an additional 14 mins before my order would be ready. She made several other food options for me to choose from. I decided to keep the same order. It took about 20mins longer. When I got home my delayed order was hot (fried chicken) and my husband said it was delicious. I ordered the lemon pepper trout (room temperature) turnips (they gave me chicken and dumplings) and broccoli (also room temperature). I was very displeased with everything. I wasn’t able to enjoy my meal

Customer service was amazing at cracker barrel. I tried the grilled chicken tenders and it came out flavorful and delicious! Highly recommended that dish if you are looking for a healthier alternative.

I am probably being overly generous with the two star rating. This was one of the most dismal visits to a restaurant which I have ever experienced. When we arrived, the hostess was very nice. Little did we know that her greeting would be the high point of our visit. I was there with my husband and his mom. My husband arrived a few minutes after we did. We had our drinks and an order of cheese bites on the table. We all three ordered our meals at the same time, the Old Timers Breakfast. The meals came out fairly quickly, but that's the best that can be said about them. The hashbrown casserole was not completely cooked, the restaurant was out of fried apples, and we were halfway through eating before my husband got his drink (unsweetened tea). Neither I nor my mother-in-law got any refills on our drinks, nor were we offered any. We were only served four biscuits for three people to share, and no more came out even though we asked for more. The eggs were cooked so hard that they were difficult to eat and the sausage was still pink inside. The waitress didn't even top off my mother-in-law's coffee. She was not overwhelmed with full tables, so cannot rely on that excuse. This is the first time in my life that I did not leave a tip. The service and food were just that pathetic. I have eaten at that Cracker Barrel many, many times over the last 30 years of living in this area, but I will have to really consider whether I will go back. I really expect so much better from a Cracker Barrel restaurant. I am so disappointed.

Very friendly staff. One person even showed me around the gift shop in which I did purchase several items. Food, simply delicious.Parking: I believe there's a need for special needs parking on both sides of the building. Other than that, there's plenty of parking for the general public.
