We love our Cracker Barrel. We've never been disappointed. Always friendly and courteous.

I'm very annoyed leaving Cracker Barrel. I placed a to go order at 715p and got it at 805p. When I called to order I specifically said I wanted biscuits, not cornbread. I got cornbread anyway. I told the girls I specially ordered biscuits. They told me it was going to be a while just throw them away if I didn't want them. That's not acceptable. If you are going to make someone wait 45 min, then have their order ready. If you can't give them what they asked for then tell them on the phone and tell them it's going to be almost an hour wait for togos, so the customer can decide if they want to order there. The ONLY reason they got two stars was bc of the guys up front. They were very sweet, kind and didn't deserve my anger and frustration.

We haven’t eaten here in over a year because the service got so bad. Well….. it actually has gotten worse. The waitress kept apologizing for our food taking so long; which was definitely not her failt. It took an hour after ordering to get our food, and the restaurant was half full. The management here is deplorable. Sad, because Cracker Barrel used to be a great place to eat.

Shortage of servers, many tables empty we still waited for 40 minutes. )ur server Kaylee was kind and did the best she could. Food took too long to get out. Out of lemons for tea and water. Manager, I am sure was frustrating, but was very condescending when approached. We have been eating at Cracker Barrel for many, since its inception, years, and it has been our families go to, especially for breakfast since the 70's. Why are grits now extra??? You began in Tennessee, a grit capitol. The South!

I would give 5 stars, but you have to request rolls and biscuits. They don't just automatically bring them to you.

My family has eaten Cracker Barrel forever . Always had great experience up until recently. We ate take out last week and came on time. Fried fish and country fried steak was hard. Mashed potatoes dried out and look like a rock.Veggies were cold. 😭😭😭😭

What I normally get was removed from the menu (Hamburger Steak). I do not care for meatloaf or country fried steak and I am not going to pay $23.00 for the steak when the previous cut of steak was around $15.00. So I won't be back

I don’t normally go to Cracker Barrel. The only times I’ve really visited there were church trips or family trips. It is not a place I consider when ordering takeout. I was gifted a gift card for Christmas so I decided to test the waters. I knew I wanted breakfast food even though I was using it for dinner. When I looked at the menu the one thing that caught my eye was the Strawberry Stuffed Cheesecake Pancakes. The menu picture was beautiful. I also got scrambled eggs and bacon.
It was a takeout order and it didn’t take long for the order to get ready. I arrived at the restaurant and it was raining a little. Luckily I did curbside pickup. It had stopped raining once the person came out with my order.
When I got home I was very ready to eat. I can’t remember what I tried first. That really doesn’t matter. One thing I do remember was the minute I took my first bite of the pancakes. It was divine. That is not an overstatement. The cheesecake filling combined with the strawberries and pancakes was so delicious. They were some of the best pancakes I have had in my entire life. The bacon and eggs were good too but the main character was definitely the pancakes.
I really enjoyed the meal.

UPDATE - What happened to the bacon? It tastes like crap. It used to be smoked, now it's like bad crackling. -1star
My go to for lunch. I love "Momma's Pancake Breakfast". My go to lunch.
And the chicken and dumplings come in second place.
Service is always great. Waitress is friendly.
You can't go wrong at this location.

The food was lukewarm warm and didn’t even look appetizing. The white gravy that was on the hard lump of mashed potatoes tasted like sausage. French fries on one of the kids plates were inedible. Grilled cheese on other kids plate was barely grilled & the tiny bit of cheese wasn’t melted. We were very disappointed with the food, especially after waiting on the food for a long time.

If an item is not available or in stock, they will let you order and wait for 30-plus minutes only to learn at the pickup and payment counter that the food that you ordered is not available.

The food looked probably delicious if it had been served hot and fresh. This visit wasn't their best. The waitress had three tables and seemed to be overwhelmed. No lemons for the tea. No to go containers available. I was told it was in the stockroom. Never came to refill the tea until she brought the check and was kind enough to give us the tea to go cups.
