Ordered to go Mac n cheese. Was supposed to be ready at 12:30 and at 1:10 it was still not done. No apologies or reason given on why such a delay.

What a bustling and busy place on a Sunday afternoon! They did a perfectly fine job despite the crowd. Nothing different or special about the place, it's just a standard cracker barrel. Nice well-stocked shop, rockers and checkers on the front porch, and good food with large portions. My pregnant wife was quite happy to satisfy her cravings for Southern food here.

Update a few years later. Still a nice place, clean, food was pretty good. Service was not so great this time but that's just our waiter who wasn't great, everything else was fine

My husband and I came with our four children and had a wonderful experience. Our waiter, Octavio, went above and beyond to interact with the kids and meet every need. She even brought hot tea for my daughter because she has a cough and played games with our 2 and 4 year olds to keep things fun and interesting. Food was delicious, as always.

We arrived at 8:15 pm to eat. Only 2 tables in section we were sitting in. Food took over 40 minutes to get and not all of it arrived together (waited another 20 minutes for side of mac and cheese. Service was slow. I mentioned our experience to cashier and her response was well we are preparing for Thanksgiving orders. Not even a I'm sorry for your experience or I will make management aware. I thought the customer that is on the premises comes 1st not a carry out order that takes place in 4 days. Not a good experience.

We were a party of 2. After sitting for an hour WAITING for our order, we asked for a manager who said they were swamped and he would go check on it, WAITED 15 more minutes for our order, then we asked for a check for the tea and bread and we left.

The food is always good and the service is great. It's sometimes hard to get a refill but that's mostly due to the time we go and they're busy.

We had an awesome experience on Veterans day. The way the team worked together to ensure it was quick service with such a high volume of people was outstanding! I believe our waitress' name was Brooke and she was absolutely amazing! Great job, everyone!
