Listeeeeeeeeen. Crafty Crab on a Thursday is my JAM. I was initially invited by a good friend of mine and started going to their karaoke nights regularly. Whether it's a few faithful folks here and there, or a packed out night--les bons temps are gonna rouler. Dj sings, dances, and keeps us up and attem. Food is smackadocious šŸ¤ŒšŸ¾ I get seafood boils in the house sauce that has everything mixed up, mild. I LOVE seafood, to see food, and to see fun so it's a win win for me. Almost took my finger off eating a hush puppy.

The whole restaurant was overpowered with the smell of the waitresses perfume
The gumbo was awful there was pieces of bell pepper onion and celery that were raw they had not even been sauteed down the crab claws were so over fried you could barely eat them the shrimp po'boy had six pieces of huge shrimp and that have been previously Boiled I never tried and put on some very tough bread the prices were ridiculous I mean you only get three chicken tenders to a plate french fries were freed to almost burn and then reheated they won't worry about me coming back and wasting my money there

The staff there are racist. My husband and I are a bi racial couple. This is the fourth time we have eaten there and will be the last. The server never came with forks to eat our food. She never came with any drink refills. My mother and sister in law steamer bags came out before our baskets, but our baskets were not hot. I'm now extremely sick today. I ate fried oysters.

I’m giving three stars because Craft ? doesn’t use butter or offer broiled options. I don’t eat or like margarine. A seafood restaurant should ALWAYS offer butter . The margarine was disgusting and oily. While we did inform the nice waitress it didn’t change anything. I will never eat at Craft Crab again because of this. This restaurant doesn’t make broiled seafood either which is ridiculous to me. Not everyone wants fried food. The online menu showed catfish but they do not serve it. The hush puppies and potatoes ? were excellent. I’ve NEVER been to a seafood restaurant that didn’t serve butter. It should be against the law to serve margarine instead of butter with seafood, Lol ?. The staff were very nice ? and attentive. The restaurant is spacious but the music could have been better.

We’ve been wanting to try this place. Very good! The nightly special is only $20. Shrimp crawfish sausage potatoes and corn. Happy hour was until 6:30.

Ordered some fish for pickup. Order was ready within 3 minutes. Fish normally takes time to cook. When I got the order, food was cold. That’s how I knew the order was not cooked fresh. Fish was unseasoned. Cheese sticks were gross. You do NOT get the bang for your buck here. Just go take the time, your money and go somewhere else decent for some seafood.

This place has NO business being as good as it is! It is a hidden treasure that is inconspicuously sandwiched between a Sally’s and a Dollar Tree. We ended up in Mobile unexpectedly last night, and this was the closest seafood place with crab legs and good reviews. We ate there last night, and we were so impressed that we drove all the way from Dauphin Island to eat there again tonight! The food is FANTASTIC, the drinks were stout but not overwhelming, the service was great both nights, and the music/atmosphere/vibe is PERFECT for an elder millenial ? also just a heads up, if karaoke is not your thing, they do karaoke on Thursday nights. We didn’t care, because the people who sang were all picking my old high school jams, and my husband and I LOVED it. If I’m ever in the area again, 100% I’ll be back!

I loved the hospitality I received but I Pacifically gave my order and she repeated it back to. And get home and it’s missing a whole order ? very disappointed and the price it was smh I could’ve went to juicy crab and gotten it better very disappointed ā˜¹ļø not a happy ending I spent literally $100 and it was not worth it. I WONT BE COMING BACK. I’m very disappointed and unsatisfied about my order. Y’all need to do much better ASAP
