Cruise City Bar and Grille

It's a bar in an airport. This one I ordered; sausage, 2 eggs, and grits. I got; 1 sausage, 2 eggs, and French fries?? No grits! No conversation. Won't be coming here again either!

If you fly out of this airport this is the only option past security. I just sat there for 5 minutes at bar before anyone even acknowledged I was there (they walked past multiple times) they finally asked if I needed help and I said I wanted to order food and a beer, she stated the menu is right here (pointing to the menu screens) 5 more min past a person walked up to the counter and bought a water. I asked if I am supposed to order at the counter, she said “yes all food orders have to be ordered at the register” I stated o would like a beer, she stated they don’t have a bartender. So ten minutes, I was the only person in there and I got ignored and decided against ordering any food. Just stay away and get something before you get here.

It was not busy at all but they were severely understaffed. All tables were dirty, no ketchup on any table, tenders and fries tasted like propane. I threw more than half of it away. They were also out of coleslaw and abruptly had to shut down the friers because they were smoking so badly. Not ideal and really disappointed.

The food is hit or miss here..depending on the day ..

I saw that this place had a few bad reviews and was skeptical about it, but I realized I had to eat before my flight and it’s the only place in the airport. The food was surprisingly good, I got the chicken sandwich and fries the sandwich was chicken fingers not a chicken breast or patty but it was still really good. The service was fine the two ladies were funny and nice and my food came out quick. People might be quick to put low stars due to their stressful traveling day.

Crazy prices for drinks. Dirty, no seats and NY prices. Never again.

This place has a bad vibe. The employees don’t acknowledge customers or answer questions about the menu. They gave me a dirty look when I tried to order and I decided to leave.
