Whoever was working drive thru Saturday Dec 13 around 8pm needs additional training.
Ordered ice creams but somehow thought I wanted fries. Plus asked for sprinkles and didn't get them. Had to go back in to fix the issue.

This Culver’s always has an issue with service. I stood at the register for 10 mins with no help or acknowledgment. It’s a shame because the food is very good. PS it always cold in there.

Very disappointed with the chocolate milk shake given to me minutes ago! First it was as white as vanilla, I asked for more chocolate syrup to at least make it look chocolate, he asked me did I want it redone and I said yes but when I got it back it was the same but with more chocolate but not cold at all! So disappointed! I love this place but it was my first and last milkshake from here!!!

Culvers has high quality burgers and onion rings. Their unique flavor of root beer is fantastic and even comes in a zero sugar option. They have concrete mixers which can rival what you get in a creamery. They even have cheese curds!

Good food, but they need a to work on the timing of their ice cream and food for to go orders. The last 2 times I went, I to my ice cream first and food 10 minutes later. By that time, my ice cream had melted.

100% better than Five Guys and waaaaaay cheaper. Fresh ingredients and great customer service. They dont call it the butter bun for nothing. Be prepared to wait because they cook to order which means your food is always hot.
