Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

My dad and I went through the drive through on the way home from a medical appointment. The food came fast enough and was hot. They did give us one napkin to share between us.

This was the worst Dairy Queen.I had been to The food tasted like it'd been sitting for a long while it was not fresh.

Food so good

I mostly come here for dessert. Staff is always friendly

They never answer the phone

The older lady working there was very rude. They don’t seem like they want to do their job. Just make the ice cream it’s Dairy Queen.

We enquired about the cookie monster but then changed our mind and ordered an orange dreamsicle shake and a mocha blizzard. We were told that the mocha only comes in a cone.

Anyway, I think the guy had a huge build-up of wax in his ears or he had been listening to too much boom boom music in a rattling car because he did not understand us. We pulled forward and spoke to him face-to-face at which time we told him that we wanted the mocha blizzard. He said okay and proceeded to hand us a very crappy looking orange dreamsicle shake and the cookie monster ice cream.

Stay away from here unless you like repeating your order several times and still getting the wrong freaking thing.

There will be a health board to call on this place as well.

I went into this location on December 31, 2024. I received unusual long stares from 3 employees. My caramel sundae was good. January 1 I started to complete the survey for a freeDilly Bar and receive a message that it appears I had given my opinion within the past 15 days. Impossible, I have not been to Dairy Queen in quite some time so I don’t know who completed the survey, but I want the owner/managers to know it wasn’t me. Has this happened to others?

My son and my husband absolutely love what we call monkey George's had a very good time ever since he was a kid and today they had the fondest memories of monkey charges

Why is there no Zero star option? This location is awful and the staff acted angry we showed up for ice cream. AWFUL ice cream and experience here!
