This was probably the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. We actually stood in line and waited 15 minutes before someone came to the register. I understand being shorthanded and trying to get things done but what three people were doing could’ve been done by one at the rate they were going. It was as if they were moving in slow motion. Being shorthanded is probably also the reason that the seating area was not clean. Fortunately for us we, just stopped for ice cream and it is hard to mess that up but to wait over 25 minutes to get. It is ridiculous. Nope, we will not be back.

I did an order thru the app for $45 waited 17 mins came to dq to get it but when I pull up they said their system is down. I said no, I paid already for my order thru the app. Got here and my order wasn’t even ready and have been waiting ten mins. Oh and the young boy didn’t even turn my blizzard upside down and forgot our soft drinks. It looked like the 3 youngins just didn’t want to work. I’m very unhappy!!

WE WENT FOR A MID-DAY SNACK AND LET ME TELL YOU THE DRIVE-THRU CASHIER WAS VERY ANTSY LIKE SHE REALLY DIDNT WANT TO BE THERE AND SHE KEPT ASKING US ARE WE DONE. I DONT THINK WE WILL BE BACK TO SPRINGHILL LOCATION! MOST OF ALL THEY NEED TO BE THANKING CUSTOMERS LIKES US BECAUSE THIS IS THE MOST FOOT, TRUCK/CAR TRAFFIC THEY RECEIVE. TBH THEY NEED TO CONSIDER SHUTTING THIS LOCATION DOWN

I gave 3 stars since I have yet been able to eat here. Me and my family are staying at the Ronald McDonald House and we like to get out every now and then to eat. So we loaded up and went to Dairy Queen and then unload everyone. Get up to the door and it's locked. This is the 3rd time this happened. Yes I could go through the drive thru but we don't eat in our vehicles. That's what restaurants are for!!! I really hate that this keeps happening because the kids see it and go crazy.

Got 2 blizzards. Neither were served upside down. And one was a very cherry chip with some add-ins. They forgot the cherry. And the chip... so it was just vanilla with the add ins. And I was too close to home before I noticed so couldnt go back to fix it.

This watery thing is definitely not the oreo brookie blizzard I ordered just a watery oreo blizzard .. store looked nice though and this was the only issue we had so gave it 2 stars
