They're customer service was pitiful. They were rude.. Looks like they dumped the bucket of chili and cheese on our fries from the day whatever was left over. Completely overfilled our blizzard where they were just literally melting when they handed it to us After taking ridiculously too long... So what can they improve on? It would be easier to ask what did they do right because I can't even think of one thing.
