it was really, really fun. decently sized arcade, not huge but you'll find something youll like. prizes were great, prize counter was clean and everything was as reasonably priced as an arcade is going to be. food was eh, I wouldn't absolutely definitely recommend to eat here per say but it's alright if you're already there. would HIGHLY recommend going on a half priced game day (Wednesdays if I remember correctly), it made it 100x more enjoyable.

We originally came in to play in the arcade, but we also put our name on the waitlist for a table. When we were seated by the hostess and given menus, our server watched us for several minutes before finally walking over and rudely accusing us of seating ourselves, even though she had clearly seen the hostess sit us. She then told us we would have to wait to be served until she finished cleaning her other tables, which we were completely fine with and understood.

When she eventually came back, she informed us that they were out of almost everything including several beers, multiple food items, ranch, and even to-go boxes. Because of this, we decided to just start with a few appetizers and go from there. We only asked for water to drink, but it took about twenty minutes for her to bring it while she continued walking up and down the bar drinking tea.

After waiting over an hour for appetizers, she finally came back and said she did not know what was going on but hoped the food would be out soon. At that point, we had somewhere else to be, so we asked her to cancel the order and decided to leave.

From the very beginning, the server was extremely rude and lacked basic customer service skills. There were six of us in our group, and all of us have worked in the service industry at some point, so we understand that things can get busy. However, the attitude and overall experience were extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

Had I known that the food and service were this bad, I would have eaten before coming here for my brother’s birthday.

From the food, to the drinks, to the overall customer service, it was appalling.

The bar ran out of the liquor for two of their signature drinks. I had to provide the server with a 2nd alternative choice. Then the bar forgot about my drink order. I must have waited nearly 20min for my drink — even though it was a Sunday evening, and the restaurant and bar areas were very slow.

I ordered the eat & play combo with the fire grilled salmon. The kitchen ran out of green beans that were supposed to come with it. Instead of asking me if I’d like a substitution, I was simply served a plate with the fish and rice. The fish itself was like a solid dry brick. It tasted old. I spat it out and requested to exchange it for something else.

I thought about getting the “fall off the bone ribs.” My father ordered them. Very dry. Did not “fall” off the bone — more like peeled off like a banana. At least the sweet baby ray’s sauce on them tasted fresh from the bottle. I ended up getting the over priced chicken fingers instead.
It took so long for the chicken fingers and French fries to come out that my entire family finished their meals before I received mine.

When I got my check, I saw that the waitress charged out the meal and play card separately instead of as the play&eat combo. The waitress stated that it was only her second day on the job and that she did not know about the combo — despite me pointing the combo option on the menu when I first ordered.

In total, I spent over $110 for crappy food that I could have cooked better at home and for cheaper. I think next time, I’ll cook at home and play with my Xbox.

Had a great time, sat down for lunch got the eat and play combo, and a steak food was delious, only negative i have is my total was 104, but the checkout pad reccommended $32 as a 20% tip (should be 20.80), which on $104 is a 32% tip so definitely make sure you leave a custom tip and dont just hit the %.

No Service. Wait time for table was 20 minutes, which was fine. Table was ready within the timeframe. We were seated and forgotten about. Noone came to us for water, order or anything else. We waited 40 minutes. Two tables of patrons came in after us and were served. I went to ask the hostess if we were going to get a server. She said she would send someone. Waited another 15 minutes and no one came. Very disappointed.

I went here for dinner with a couple friends last week and overall it was a pretty decent experience. The place had a relaxed vibe and it didn’t feel too crowded which was nice. Our server was polite and checked on us a few times during the meal. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with fries and it came out hot and tasted good. Nothing too fancy but it did the job. One of my friends got the pasta and said it was solid as well. Service took a little while at the start but once things got going it was fine. I’d probably come back again if I was in the area and wanted something simple and reliable.

Needs a better craft beer selection, came here 4 times and they're often out of certain beers and some food ingredients. Service is kinda horrible for the price you pay. Needs to be managed better to improve operations and service.

I had my 8 year old daughter’s birthday party here this past week. We could not have had a better experience. We did do the highest tier package. There were 18 kids and the servers made sure everything went smoothly. The food was aplenty and kids and adults ate their full. The vibe was great. All the kids had plenty to play for like 3h and got tickets and toys. Mike who helps coordinate the parties did a great job to coordinate everything and give us a tour. My kid said hands down best party ever and some of her friends too!

So they brought me out cold wings twice....with only 6 people hear so they were not backed up...so I didn't get to eat with my grandson and my wife on his birthday, and I asked them to bring him a brownie dessert for after they forgot that too...and by this point I'm so pissed off ..I didn't even ask them to get it again. I will never dine here again

Overall we had a good time but a lot of the games were out of service, and I felt the price to play was little higher than other places, the worker in the prize store was to busy playing on her phone to notice people walking out with prizes and not cashing out!

The service I received today was horrible. The server was not very friendly. He did not get us until 30 minutes later and after we confronted two other servers who were attending to the group that came in and was seated after my boyfriend and I. We felt we being watched and racially profiled. We also feel discriminated against. Our server never gave us silverware or napkins. We also ordered dessert which we wanted last but was bought with all of the other food that was nearly cold when we got it. We ordered a brownie cookie sundae which melted halfway through the meal. We also asked for the manager and he/she never showed up at our table. We never received a ticket or receipt for our food. Moreover, we didn't appreciate being watched like we were criminals of some sort. We only came in the to eat, enjoy the food and pay and leave.NOT BE RACIALLY PROFILED AND DISCRIMINATED AGAINST. BUT DON'T WORRY WE WILL NEVER EAT OR TRY TO EAT THERE AGAIN!!!!!! it was sad that we were the only table that didn't have silverware nor did WE have napkins. Our server server and experience there today 02/21/2026 was the worst service I received!!! They literally had the security guard watching our table as if we were going to dine and dash or cause a scene of some sort. I hate this place and I will never forget what they did to us.

Just a side note, if you're getting the 90 minute unmlited play, there is a 20-30 second delay before you can swipe again..so if you're trying to play a multiplayer game, it is hard to swipe the other players in before the game starts. Beware. Other than that it was a great time with the fam.
