Loved this place and my server Hailey was so sweet and friendly she was great I would definitely go back and ask for her section! Overall enjoyed everything! 10/10 for me!

Our waitress Phoebe was great and met us with a cheerful friendly work ethic. The hostess and first impression was not so good. We were met by someone sucking on a pacifier sucker. This is the first person you see when you come in. She was young, so this is a management problem.

I have never experienced such awful service in my life. I spent a considerable amount of money to host a surprise birthday party at Dave & Buster’s, complete with a reservation to ensure a smooth experience. However, everything went wrong from the start. First, we had to wait 30 minutes just to get access to our reserved room, completely ruining the surprise. Then, another 30 minutes passed before we even had a server or received our preordered party food. To make matters worse, part of the order was missing. Despite asking the same staff member four times, he repeatedly promised to retrieve it, but it never came. We ended up having to go to the bar ourselves to order drinks.

While the food itself was decent, the environment was unbearable. The room was so hot that everyone was sweating, and we had to hunt down our server multiple times, only to still experience long delays. It took more than an hour, multiple follow-ups, and speaking with two different managers just to get our check.

This was by far the most disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this location to anyone. If you’re looking for a stress-free celebration, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

DO NOT RECOMMEND WAITED FOR 45 minutes to then wait an additional 25 minutes once seated because the waitress kept passing us by horrible service! Don’t go read other reviews this place will never make it , tons of tables open but they aren’t seating anyone

Expensive and not worth it. I really don’t know where to begin with the food experience. The entrees came out one at a time with 5-10 mins between each plate. The first entree came out before the drinks even got to us. The last entree came out 40 mins after we ordered. Everyone was done eating when the last entree made it to us. The girl bringing the entrees to us had zero personality and acted like she didn’t want to be there. It was really bizarre.

This place feels like a total cluster. The food was very mid. Won’t go back.

Excellent service! The food was really good! It took them less than 5 min to take us to our table, and less than 15-20 to bring all the food/drinks.

The only thing is that there were a lot of empty tables still with all the trash but besides that all good!

Although they were super crowded, my kids still enjoyed themselves. We did not reserve a table, but had to wait a few minutes before one became available. Our waiter was super nice, and the Manager (Aaron) stopped by and made sure we were good!! The food was delicious!!! The burger we ordered was so Huge, we had to split it! We are looking at our schedules to see when we are going back.

Waited 15-20 minutes to be seen on a Tuesday night. I had to get up and ask for every little thing such as but not limited to drinks, utensils, napkins (bathroom paper towels) and small plates to share our appetizer. When food showed up, the hamburger bun was soggy, the chicken wings were cooked in a microwave, the fish had a smell to it, and the kids pizza was cardboard.

Not sure who is ordering their supplies but they are out of like 3-4 different menu appetizers. Speaking of ordering supplies, we tried ordering drinks at the bar, but at least 3-4 of their special drinks show cased on their menu couldn’t be served because they didn’t have the correct ingredients to mix drinks.

We were never asked if we would like refills on our drinks, we had to get up and refill them ourselves.

Waitress was constantly missing in action on all fronts. Then to top it all off, when the bill came we had to verify it on her iPad/kiosk (not sure what it’s called). After scrolling through it, it was identified the waitress gave herself a $50 tip. We had to get the manager involved to clear it out.

The atmosphere is very cool because of what was built. However, the food and hospitality is the worst I have ever seen. Honestly, I don’t know how this is going to stay in business. Which is sad because it would be great for Mobile.

We won't be back. I totally understand that it hasn't been long since they opened but still it was unacceptable. The menus were disgusting. The pages were all stuck together and one actually had food dropped on it. I had to wash my hands after handling it. The food was good. We ordered the cheese burger and it came with 12 french fries. I counted. Geez, french fries are cheap. Every ketchup on all the tables were empty. My husband ordered a simple draft beer and it took almost 30 minutes to get it. The bar area was not full and they seemed to have plenty of employees. We loved the D&B in Panama City but not this one.
