I specifically said NO cheese on burgers. They came with cheese. Rude girl refused to correct the order. I asked for a Mgr. The Mgr never came. Now I have a meal i can't eat!!!!

Visited Dave & Buster's with a school group, and I was very impressed with how they handled a huge group of kids. Every student got fed chicken tenders and fries, and the teachers ate extremely well. I had a steak that was excellent. The game room was expansive and had a wide variety of entertainment for all ages. My favorite was the UFC fighting game.

On a day with half off games and 5$ drinks I assumed it would be busy it was not, and I can see why. The food was not great and the service was slow the waitress dropped the tray then overcharged us which needed to be corrected, a lot of the tables had not been cleared and stayed that way until we left including a good portion of food from our tray which kept getting stepped over. Then we went to the bar to order drinks and waited 20 minutes for the one and only bartender who was trying to serve drinks to the entire place while the wait staff and cooks all stood around in a group doing nothing, we finally gave up and decided to not spend our play money and just go home. On the way out my wife used the bathroom and there was no toilet paper in any of the stalls and the paper towel dispensers had paper but the batteries where dead and didn't work. The problem is clear. BAD MANAGEMENT. If no one is made to work it is just going to get worse.

The food is pretty good. It is typical sports bar food. However, the place is worst service I have ever seen. You sit at the bar wait 10 min. For them to take a order. Usually never refill if you get tea or soda. The beer is way over priced. You then finish and it is 15-20 min for them yo ring the order up. I have gotten the platinum season pass twice for my daughter never again. We live 30 miles away in another city. It is close to costvo so we go on weekends 2 out the last 3 times it is closed for private party. 80% of the lot is empty when usually it is full. Keep this up i will never go back. They need to fire the manager. I don't even want to talk about how many times they screwed up the season pass for no discounts.

Be aware if you bring your kids! The games are nice, the food is ok with high prices. I saw obscenities on other people's shirts and brought it the attention of the manager. He said they don't police that, and that even though they were a family establishment, they cater to adults. I asked him why they allow kids and have so much to entice them. He changed the subject. I won't be going back.

Beyond terrible customer service. Manager Ken couldn’t help us redeem tickets due to an error in their end and I left the store with sobbing children. Their answer to any problem is “call customer service.” Highly unrecommended.

I haven’t ate there just went for games. It was really fun most of the games were working only a few were not. Most importantly it was very clean and didn’t have the smell most games rooms have of just sweat.

Had a great time. Ordered several different apps and all of them were good. The double bacon cheese burger was very good, plenty of bacon. The steak was delicious and cooked just right. Our waitress was wonderful. The games are awesome and the crowd wasn't bad even for a Saturday.
