Me and my husband decided to try Dave and Busters out with our 3 kids for the first time. We figured we could eat dinner then play in the arcade. The restaurant wasn’t packed out with people and many tables were open so we were seated after about a ten minute wait. We ordered an appetizer and a sampler plate for our kids to share bc we have never experienced the food before. The appetizer was out quickly but the sampler took forever after about 45 min of waiting and the waitress telling us five more minutes every time we asked they set the sampler down it had 5 wings, 3 sliders and 4 little pretzel dogs on it. Apparently the workers kept taking our order to other tables and they had to remake it multiple times. After all the waiting with hungry kids being as patient as they could I asked for the check only to find out that the amount was $80.52. I was in shock about how much it cost and was added $13 for a large party on top of the over priced food that was so not worth it. We didn’t even experience the arcade we left with some upset kiddos and disappointed family.

We went about 1 pm on a Sunday, it wasn't very crowded, mostly families. We stayed for about 5 hours. The games were all clean and in working order .
We purchased 3 of the eat and play combos. The food was good Ben Cruises was our server and he was great . Would recommend.

This was our first time here and it was nice but don’t think it was really worth the $200 we spent to play the games we did the unlimited not realizing you could only get up to 1500 tickets. If we decide to go back it’ll be for the food and drinks

Don't go with 4 kids unless you got deep pockets 🤯.... with the eat and play option we spent almost $375. Food an atmosphere was great but damn, we was not ready for that! 😂

Loved this place and my server Hailey was so sweet and friendly she was great I would definitely go back and ask for her section! Overall enjoyed everything! 10/10 for me!

Our waitress Phoebe was great and met us with a cheerful friendly work ethic. The hostess and first impression was not so good. We were met by someone sucking on a pacifier sucker. This is the first person you see when you come in. She was young, so this is a management problem.

They’re overpriced and a few of the machines swipe your card but don’t start for you to play.

I have never experienced such awful service in my life. I spent a considerable amount of money to host a surprise birthday party at Dave & Buster’s, complete with a reservation to ensure a smooth experience. However, everything went wrong from the start. First, we had to wait 30 minutes just to get access to our reserved room, completely ruining the surprise. Then, another 30 minutes passed before we even had a server or received our preordered party food. To make matters worse, part of the order was missing. Despite asking the same staff member four times, he repeatedly promised to retrieve it, but it never came. We ended up having to go to the bar ourselves to order drinks.

While the food itself was decent, the environment was unbearable. The room was so hot that everyone was sweating, and we had to hunt down our server multiple times, only to still experience long delays. It took more than an hour, multiple follow-ups, and speaking with two different managers just to get our check.

This was by far the most disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this location to anyone. If you’re looking for a stress-free celebration, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
