Place was nasty every time i called to make changes to my order they would pick up and hang up , dont wash hands floor nasty!! My last visit i had a bad experience the young lady burnt my pizza and the other lady that was in charge told her to send it out anyway i immediately left im glad i didnt pay then because then it would have been an issue with the refund I would not go here if it was the last place to eat on earth I would starve NEED to BE SHUT down or better employees that have customers service !!

I ordered delivery, the app showed my order as cooking, and when it showed that the order was ready, it was cancelled with no communication from the store. I attempted to call, and no one ever picked up. Don't order from here.

Pizza was delivered in a soaking wet box full of grease from the bread bowl on top filled with chicken alfredo. My mom was starving 79 years old and had at least one piece of pizza. When I called up there to tell them I wanted a refund they said that since a piece of pizza have been eaten but they could not refund it. The whole stove top and oven is a mess because of this. This has ruined the night I'm starving because of this. I will never order from this Domino's ever again. That was some of the rudest customer service ever. The manager whoever I talked to also try to make it to where I don't know what I'm talking about when it comes to food whenever I know quality. I wouldn't work behind the scenes of Food Network if that was the case. Whomever, was on staff for tonight should be reprimanded for how they treated a customer. I told him that I was going to have to get a uber up there to return the pizza unless they don't want to refund me now because my mom ate one piece of pizza

Order my food driver came told me I had to pay for my order at the door I told him I payed online he disagreed with me Calle the store the young man I spoke to said it was already paid for then he ask for the order number and the guy realized he had the wrong order so he left another 30 mins passed so I called the store and another guy picks up and said the driver is on his way to get the order and I said that means I food will be cold he replied well if I remake it it will take two hours with a rude tone I ask for a refund the music start playing he came back and hung up I did get the refund but that attitude cause they driver made a mistake is what bother me and how he have my addy but not my order

i ordered my pizza at 6:30pm and it said “Nicholas” was preparing it. 20 mins later the tracker never updated so i came to the store asking about my pizza just to be told it hasn’t been made yet & that i’m 3rd in line now to get mine made. very unprofessional because if im ordering online then obviously i expect it to be ready by the time i get there. now its currently been almost 40 mins and still no pizza. definitely will not be ordering from this location again. 0/10!

My gripe is that my order is never fully right. Tonight's chicken parm sandwich had no sauce. The one before barely had cheese and the one before that had no chicken. Not paying attention to details is a big nono

This dominoes is terrible. I order for a delivery and the guy never delivered. Then I called to ask what could be going on and the employee that was the delivery driver was using so much profanity towards me and saying other things. So I just told the helpful guy who answer the phone that they do not have to ever worry about me ordering from this establishment again because that was so rude and not great customer service.
