Domino's Pizza

I waited over an hr for my food to be delivered, when I called the store to speak with a manager, they were very rude. Hung up in my face, called back, and proceeded to have an attitude when I was trying to figure out how much longer it would take. It's like the driver was just driving around in circles. My pizza was lukewarm by the time I received it. Very disappointed

My friend ordered a pizza a week ago using delivery. He thought he ordered a pepperoni pizza. He was delivered a cheese pizza. He called about it to this location that delivered it. A guy told him he would give him a $5.00 refund. He even stated he took his name and phone number and put it in the system for whenever he order again. He went yesterday to get buy a pizza and use the $5.00. A guy there asked him for his name and number and told him there is no information about it. He didn't seem to even care nor even ask him if he still wanted to order. He just seemed unconcerned, too busy, and not really wanted to be bothered. He tried to call Domino's customer corporate customer care and could not even reach anyone. Dominos has terrible customer service.

I went to this location 3 times this afternoon and waited over an hour for my pizza. I NEVER got the pizza! I was told by the assistant manager that I needed to call or come back later today to get a refund; because they were extremely busy. It’s 10:00pm, and I just got off the phone with the manager, Lauren. She told me she would give me a refund with the nastiest attitude! She never apologized or anything. I would HIGHLY recommend not doing business with this particular location!
