i ordered my food at 10:03 my food was sitting in the oven ready to be delivered for an hour , after i finally got ahold of the store they stated the order was otw.. the driver delivered my food to the wrong apartment when i gave specific directions!!! NEVER

I would give them o if I could I had a 40 dollar order they messed it up I just wanted my money back the older night manager lady apologize and remade my order said she put a 20 dollar on phone number for my inconvenience I called back a few days later and I was told there no credit and they acted like idiots and did nothing this pizza place is screwed up and there workers are clueless

These “worth the wait” reviews are ?I ordered my food online at 6:07. At the end of the 66-76 minute estimated wait, the website was showing that my order had been cooked and was being checked for “quality” but had not left the store. Assuming this was just a website communication issue, I waited until the end of the estimated wait to call.The employee I spoke with said the order had already left the store. About 10 minutes later I got a text saying that our driver was on the way and when our food got here, the store printout was time stamped for after I called. It’s fine to be busy and understaffed, but it’s NEVER okay to lie. Especially when there are actual receipts involved.I don’t care enough to call or go to the store to speak to a manager, but I am angry enough about being lied to and petty enough to post my first 1⭐️ review with receipts.

I placed an order tonight called them 2 times to check on my order.both times they told me some one was otw. Then they call back 12 minutes later and say the driver came knocked on my door which is a lie because I have cameras. No one even called me but claimed they looked at the driver call log and saw where I was called. Just lies.Horrible service then their response was can you come pick it up wow !!!!! Don’t order here

The service I received at this location tonight was beyond anything I have ever seen. I have used this same Dominos for years with no issues. Tonight my husband picked up our online order only to find out my pasta bowl was incorrectly made with red sauce.When I called, I was hung up on. When I called again, the phone was answered by someone that said she was the manager and her name was Jennifer. It is very hard for me to believe this is actually a manager. My phone calls are recorded and I would love for the franchise owner to hear how she spoke to me. Apparently "Lady, it's just Dominos. I have a lot to say if you want to come up here."I have always given grace for those working in the food service industry but admittedly was very irritated after being hung up on the first time calling about my incorrect order (also recorded). According to what my husband saw when picking up the food, it was easy to understand how the order was made incorrectly. The two male employees and what I can only presume was "Jennifer" were too busy flirting and touching each other to pay any attention to what they were doing.There are skills that managers should possess including problem-solving, decision making, and organization. There are too many people that are far more qualified to have that title than the one that I spoke to at this location.

I went to Dominos on Schillengers in Mobile Alabama last night I was really looking to get something from there I placed my order at 5:59 and didn’t get my order until 6:56 I got to my car looked at my order and it was wrong it had bacon on it and I specifically said no bacon because I don’t eat pork so I went back in and they offered to remake it I said no because I’ve already waited for an hour I was not about to wait another one I had to go somewhere else to get something I was so disappointed

No more Dominos for me. Yuck ? . My wife ordered 2 pizzas delivered. The deluxe didn't have all the toppings and the dough wasn't done and had a taste like soap or chemicals. Both pizzas ended up in the garbage ?. It's really sad that my former favorite pizza place has let me down. This was about 2 weeks ago.
