They delivered to my hotel room 3 days ago and they delivered to my hotel room order was wrong the pizza was cut into squares not pie cut like I requested. So they gave me a free pizza. I ordered free pizza along with wings. They called me from outside said I had to come get it. They said it was policy. Called manager manager said it was and when I asked why the other day they delivered to room. He said they weren't suppose to. So I got dressed went down stairs. No pizza person. I called store asked manager where they were. He informed me he canceled my order and to order from Somewhere else now they have my money tied up for a few days. Called corporate they said that is not policy

If I could leave a zero start review I definitely would. They do not even deserve the one star. This place is an absolute joke! The managers and employees are so rude and couldn’t care less about their jobs. I have paid for delivery and they can’t even deliver the pizza until TWO HOURS after the pizza was ordered, I had to go pick up the foood, and the only thing they said is “well there’s nothing we can do about it, the delivery driver is still 25 minutes away from the store” This place needs to shut down completely if they can’t even manage making pizzas and delivering decent customer service. Will never be ordering again and will make a formal complaint since this is the third time dealing with the ridiculous joke of a “business”

I ordered for delivery online. The driver drove around for 40 minutes looking for my place and I've never had a driver that couldn't find my place. The app won't update my phone number either. Even though this place doesn't close for another almost 25 minutes they still cant make it right. I cant get out to come get it and im 36 weeks pregnant. This was the only way I was gonna be able to eat tonight. Worst service I've ever experienced from here, it's astounding to me how incompetent the driver who happened to get my order was tonight and had to be canceled because of it. I still wanted my food.

Ordered and prepaid online for pickup tonight (Friday, March 6 around 11:10 PM) at this Domino’s location. When I arrived at the pickup window, the employee working there refused to give me my order and said I must go through the drive-thru in a car. I drive a semi-truck, which obviously cannot fit through a drive-thru. The website never says a car is required for pickup, yet they still charged me almost $30 and refused to give me the food. Very poor customer service and zero effort to help solve the problem. A prepaid customer should never be turned away like that. Still waiting for my refund.

I love that I got 2 medium pizzas for about $20 and the taste of the pizza was awesome. Definitely going back. The hand toss crust is the perfect thickness and perfect softness and I love that they put garlic on the edges and the fact that the toppings go all the way almost to the edges. And I'm glad they don't try to drown it in sauce like other places do. Definitely a great experience

I really love dominoes but what happened tonight with my delivery order is unacceptable. I hate how people don’t have integrity and just lie so effortlessly!
unfortunately doesnt deliver through doordash on time. manager was amazing. the driver was rather rude when he called on behalf of doordash and he was late with his delivery.

After being charged a 5.00 delivery fee that should go straight to the driver but it doesn't! I ordered a pizza and sub.Pizza was perfect sub was really just bread and burnt cheese I call the store Shawn answered the phone stating he could remake my sandwich but would be 1 hour to 1.5 hours to bring back to me. After expressing I would not wait that long I would like to have my sandwich refunded he stated I'm not refunding your order for one thing wrong. I said I dont want a full refund just a refund on sandwich he said he cant cause of policy will not allow for only one item refund. Which is stupid! I said refund the whole order then he said no.It wasnt until I threatened to contact corporate he then said I will refund whole order and hung up. I called back and got the drivers cash app and sent her my original 10.00 tip and plus the 5.00 delivery charge she should be getting in the first place! STOP ORDERING DELIVERY AND PAYING 5 DOLLAR DELIVERY CHARGE THAT IS PURE PROFIT FOR THE COMPANY WHILE THEY ROB THE DELIVERY DRIVE IN HOPES WE PAY THEM A HONEST LIVING° Shawn i give a F for not taking care of a returning loyal customer. You guys have lost me for life no dominos will ever recieve 1 penny from me ever again. I am absolutely willing to talk about my experience please contact me you got my email and phone number!!!
