Never had any issues here! Ordered small orders and large ones — they are always spot on! There’s one gentleman who anytime I walk in ALWAYS greets me and always says have a blessed day — even if he’s not the person who is helping me out! Little things like being intentional, goes a long way when most people aren’t! Keep it up :)

I feel bad for a couple of people I always see working when I know there are a handful of people there by the looks of all the signs on vehicles. When I came in last week, one had to yell for someone to help me. Not just once, but twice. While waiting, I also observed 1 person sitting down and another playing on their phone. Maybe I grew up in a time where you wanted to help people. Then you have this person come up to help the 2 that are always working, getting an attitude with them. I really wish I could have recorded that interaction. I made sure to get all 3 names and I remembered the two that were working, Amanda and Hannah. I cannot remember the yelling lady but found out she was the general manager. Yeesh! Run y'all lol

There is a chick there that is always wearing a mask and has glasses on. She helped me out when I had an issue with my car. She helped me get it started. She even bought me a water. Thanks so much and food was good too that day! *She needs a raise**

I didn't care for it. The dough was to soggy for me. But that is just my opinion. Maybe will try again and ask they cook it longer. I have worked for dominos so I know how the pizza should taste. I do like that they have alot to choose from and they do have pretty good deals.
I ordered online at 6:29 pm. The system said the order will be ready between 6:51 - 7:01. I was at the store at 6:51 and texted "here". I received a reply that "Your order is still being made." 20 minutes later, I went in the store to be told that it will take another 30 minutes for my order to be ready. Of course, all this time no body told me anything and they were serving the drive through. When I complained why I wasn't made aware from the beginning that my order was going to be extremely delayed, I was told by the store manager that they don't always get accurate information and updates from the system. I had to cancel the order and get home without food about an hour late. Incompetent staff.

Takes over an hour to start making my order. When I call they tell its already left. Then the tracker starts moving forward as usual. When confronted they said oh its just coming out of the oven. Took an hour and a phone call to just get them to start on it. This has happened twice.

This is one of the most sorry excuses for a pizza place that could be open in Mobile, Alabama. Been over an hour and a half waiting on my pizza the manager and the owner tells me that it’s ready, but it’s gonna be sitting up under the heat lamp for another hour and a half before it can be delivered so that would be 2 1/2 hours for burnt pizza that has been sitting up under the heat lamp for over an hour and a half and they expect you to eat it. What a piss poor excuse for a place to buy pizza from. if they cannot deliver pizza, faster than that, then they need to close their pizza place down if not, the owner needs to sell it and go to a different business where he can provide service quicker. Domino’s always has the logo faster than anybody around. That is more like get your cold pizza when you when they want you to get it not when you want it, only have two drivers then spend a little bit more money and hired two more drivers instead of being a tight wide, trying to micromanage it with two drivers during the day you know you make enough to hire two more people but no you want the people to wait 2 1/2 hours no phone call no messages no nothing like I said this is a piss poor excuse for a business. When I called to place da order I had to hang-up and call bk da person that took it was so rude...The next person was great I get there they couldn't find my order ok they found it..Get home after paying $30 for 16 wings and cheesey bread ?NO Marinara sauce so I'm eating dry cheese sticks I'm so pissed I never experienced dis all da times I been going I like God Father's but I shouldn't had to ask if it was in da box ?
