After being charged a 5.00 delivery fee that should go straight to the driver but it doesn't! I ordered a pizza and sub.Pizza was perfect sub was really just bread and burnt cheese I call the store Shawn answered the phone stating he could remake my sandwich but would be 1 hour to 1.5 hours to bring back to me. After expressing I would not wait that long I would like to have my sandwich refunded he stated I'm not refunding your order for one thing wrong. I said I dont want a full refund just a refund on sandwich he said he cant cause of policy will not allow for only one item refund. Which is stupid! I said refund the whole order then he said no.It wasnt until I threatened to contact corporate he then said I will refund whole order and hung up. I called back and got the drivers cash app and sent her my original 10.00 tip and plus the 5.00 delivery charge she should be getting in the first place! STOP ORDERING DELIVERY AND PAYING 5 DOLLAR DELIVERY CHARGE THAT IS PURE PROFIT FOR THE COMPANY WHILE THEY ROB THE DELIVERY DRIVE IN HOPES WE PAY THEM A HONEST LIVING° Shawn i give a F for not taking care of a returning loyal customer. You guys have lost me for life no dominos will ever recieve 1 penny from me ever again. I am absolutely willing to talk about my experience please contact me you got my email and phone number!!!

Good place, employees seem to be doing a hood job at having pizzas ready on time and place looks old but clean
They need to wear gloves handling food and hair nets just disgusting 🤮 an actual false nail in my pizza they are lucky I didn’t have time to go back spend your money with some else gross

Delivery girl sat out in the car calling phone. I was dealing with something and couldnt answer. Instructions on order leave it at door. After some time I go to the front door. Open door to see delivery girl walking through my flower bed. I have a nice wide sidewalk going from the paved driveway to the front door. And she is walking through my flower bed. And her reason was because she was scared of cats. Are you serious?? The cat didn’t come anywhere near her. The usual girl that delivers loves cats. No reason to walk through my flower bed and rose bushes. Grow up. You shouldn’t be delivering of you’re scared of cats. Most irrational fear. Maybe if she said she was allergic I could understand a bit. Nope. Scared of cats. I have never heard of a cat attacking a delivery person. Biting someone coming up to someone’s house. Im actually quite upset about it. I order from Pizza Hut at least once a week. Sunday dinner $100 plus for family. Just outrageous. Absolutely childless, irrationalness.

Ordered a pizza online and went to pick it up — it was the correct type but ended up being the wrong size. When I mentioned it to the manager, they immediately acknowledged the mistake and were incredibly friendly about it. They quickly made the correct pizza and even offered us drinks while we waited. Mistakes can happen, but it’s how they’re handled that matters, and this team did an excellent job. I really appreciated the great service and will definitely be back!

Never had any issues here! Ordered small orders and large ones — they are always spot on! There’s one gentleman who anytime I walk in ALWAYS greets me and always says have a blessed day — even if he’s not the person who is helping me out! Little things like being intentional, goes a long way when most people aren’t! Keep it up :)
I feel bad for a couple of people I always see working when I know there are a handful of people there by the looks of all the signs on vehicles. When I came in last week, one had to yell for someone to help me. Not just once, but twice. While waiting, I also observed 1 person sitting down and another playing on their phone. Maybe I grew up in a time where you wanted to help people. Then you have this person come up to help the 2 that are always working, getting an attitude with them. I really wish I could have recorded that interaction. I made sure to get all 3 names and I remembered the two that were working, Amanda and Hannah. I cannot remember the yelling lady but found out she was the general manager. Yeesh! Run y'all lol
