Hate to leave this negative review because the people are nice. But they keep putting bits of bacon on my vegetarian pizza. 3rd time in the last 4 orders. Unacceptable quality control.

This is my favorite pizza spot. Our order is always correct and on time. Above all, the service is always great. There is an older gentleman who often works the pickup window, and he is always positive and upbeat. Even after a stressful day, just grabbing pizza because you're too tired to cook, he can still just make your mood better with his friendliness.

I’m not even the type to leave a review but this was ridiculous. I ordered 3 pizzas on the app for curbside and they gave my pizzas to someone else with my name because they didn’t look at the last name we had to for them to make them over and they didn’t have on any gloves and one of the workers was scratching in her head and still taking pizzas out of the oven without washing her hands. The only reason I gave a two instead of a one star is bc the manager was really nice and apologetic and gave us 2 drinks for free but the rest was absolutely ridiculous

I have been eating Domino's Pizza since 1977 outside the gates of Fort Bragg, NC. I've had them from border to border and coast to coast, hands down this is the best location. Consistency served with great service.

Dominos has always been great and their food has always been delicious! Everyone is always friendly! I’ve never had a problem.
Placed a delivery order at 6:55 and received it after 8:30. Food was cold, the box was mashed and the only instructions was to leave the pizza at the door but the driver still decided to beat on my door two different times. Won’t be a return customer

Ordered a few pizzas the other night and waited over an hour in store. Myself and another customer asked if pizza delivered late is free, what’s the compensation for people in store waiting for over an hour and they said nothing. Not to mention the order was slightly wrong. Meanwhile, the manager is back there cussing out some kid making the pizzas that couldn’t be more than 19 years old. The entire store could hear and see him stand over his shoulder yelling at him, while demanding he go faster, but not actually helping at all. It looked like to go orders were being made and sent out fast, but the man waiting longer than me hadn’t even had his one single pizza being made yet. I’ve tried to contact customer service and get the run around so I’m just leaving this review.
Stop advertising the free emergency pizza because I had a $30 delivery order and did not receive one and when I contacted them on the app I was told my order didn’t qualify. How don’t it. I ordered it online just like the commercial advertises. :(

So far, this location has been reliable for delivery. I haven't had any issue that needed resolving so I can't speak for their customer service. Everything has been accurate. Only time an order was late was Saturday night, which I expect them to be busy, so whatever. Keep it up, thanks!

This place are so tight with toppings. They need to be sued for false advertising with what your so call pizza you get is nothing in pictures or commercials. Domino's Pizza will shut down over them guys being tight over topping. Customer's will get wise in time. Even when you pay extra for extra toppings. The pizza looks like a single topping pizza and when you bite into it. It tasted like a very low and cheap end this place calls pizza. Paid over price for very little. Walmart pizza has more toppings and 10.00 cheaper. Best price for a buck. I know in the future,, if I see a Domino's Pizza box at a party or dinner. I will know this food will be tight on toppings and knowing we will still have to stop and eat somewhere else in the way home. Don't support this place.
