I ordered 2 hand made pizzas plus cheese bread online and the dough on all 3 items was still raw and uncooked. I always order from this store and never have an issue and this time it seemed really fast for them to deliver and now I see why. I called and they took care of it but I was also questioned about my order and was told no way it could still be raw so here’s my proof.

Was going to place online order but wanted to make sure they did not drown it in sauce, so before placing the order I wanted to talk to the store. Was on hold over 10 minutes and never got an answer. Hung up called back and got some customer service ,service center. Could not speak to anyone at the store. Real great customer service Dominos!!! I will never order from you again. Can't get the pizza the way I want, I'll never waste my time with you again.

Like didn't even have any, and it was supposed to be hand tossedAlso the amout of toppings was sad ?I paid almost 40 dollars to have 2 pizzas that was supposed to be 6.99 each and a 3 dollar sodaI ask how did 6.99 x 2 plus 3 doĺars come out to 40She said well we charged u 2 dollars extra a pizza for garlic butter sause instead of marinara sauce ?I was starving so said fine bc she didn't get the math, and I never got a receiptHad to go out late late to meet the delivery driver at the car, then I had to say hold on as he started pulling off, and ask for my cokeAfter even tipping him GreatlyHe said Oh I forgot

Couldn’t decide on dinner and decided to pig out on two chicken Alfredo pasta bowls, came in about 840. Older gentleman took my order and was just the sweetest thing. Greeted me when I came in. The other employees didn’t say anything besides my name when it was time for me to get my food. He told them goodbye and they ignored him too so at least it wasn’t just me they were giving the cold shoulder.

My pizza was awesome. They are always busy but always do a great job!
The lady assured me on the phone that the delivery driver only delivers to customers with cash on hand and that they don’t accept gift cards over the phone. I didn’t believe her so I went on the website and ordered online and was able to use my gift card. Win win. Pizza even made it on time. No cash was transferred.

I really wish I read the reviews before ordering from this location. It's been 2 hours and I STILL haven't gotten my food. I've never had this issue with my usual location. And on the app it keeps going back and forth from being in the oven and "quality checking". Never again from this store, Domino's needs to come 'quality check' the workers here.*Edit* Oh I forgot to mention they refuse to answer the phone, and they even hung up when I tried to call the second time

Received another person's order and after realizing it we tried to call and nobody answered. Brought the items to the store the next day for a refund. While going round and round with the owner who couldn't seem to find out information we witnessed a person making pizzas eating off the line while making them. We pointed it out and the owner saw it and shunned the person to the back. While trying to figure out a refund...now about 30 minutes into this worker came out and kept eating off the line. Gross. We got a cash refund. We should have got a gift card or something for a future but as well as we are loyal Domino's customers. Ruined at least an evening and a an hour the next day of a rare vacation. Very sad indeed.

I ordered a pizza and pasta from this Dominos. It looked like a normal pizza until I read the box and realized that it was supposed to have toppings all the way to the edge, but this one had a wide clear crust, perfectly grabbable. Very little cheese, very little pepperoni and about 1/4 of a tomato on half the pizza that cost $2. The pasta with Alfredo onion and mushrooms was very bland. It seems overpriced to me, not to mention the "no crust" scam

If I could give 0 stars I would !! I ordered a pizza at 3 and didn’t get it til after 6!!!! Once the pizza arrived I could literally pick up the entire pizza out of the box it was just that stiff and burnt!!! Filed a complaint and was told that an email with a free pizza coupon would be emailed I NEVER GOT ONE!! When I called they argued me up and down that it wasn’t their store that did it but luckily I kept the confirmation and was able to read back everything including order number location and my tip!!! I was told to hold for a manager and stayed on hold for almost 10 minutes before hanging up! I will NEVER order from such a lazy unprofessional place again!
