I love their food and they are really nice. I wanted to get a Buffalo pizza, but they said they don't do that anymore, but the kind gentleman at the front offered me their new spicy chicken bacon ranch which I'm exited to try. Thanks. Yall are the best. God bless!

Was in the drive-thru about to order pizza for the family until I seen the worker making the pizzas without any gloves. We were so grossed out. Will not be back and will be contacting health department.

We veered from the norm looking for a new pizza place. I ordered online then tried to call them to make sure there was heavy heavy sauce on my husbands pizza. Someone answered and put me on hold immediately saying they’d “brb”. I waited on hold for over 10 minutes. After 5 mins I just wanted to see how long they’d want have me hold. I hung up at almost 11 minutes. The order arrived in the time frame we were given. Our order was correct which is a huge improvement from Papa John’s! The sauce was heavy just like my husband likes it. I’m th oh bling we just might try it again!

This will probably be my last time ever going to this Dominos. This is the second time in a row that I've had a horrible experience. The last time it took over an hour after my food should have been ready to get it. People were parking in the grass and the parking lot next door because the parking lot was so full. Delivery drivers could barely get out, and no one inside was moving with any sense of urgency. The were moving around like turtles, and trying to avoid talking to anyone. Now, tonight I pull up the pickup only window to PICK UP, and nobody comes to the window for ten minutes, I see them looking at me out of the corner of my eyes, so I blew my horn and the all walked off. One guy came up and could see my truck, looked at me, and then ate a piece of pizza and walked off. Eventually they tell me to go to the other window. There is no indication that the window was closed, no sign on the window or anything. My food was already done, if they would have just told me to go to the other when they first seen me sitting there, or after I blew my horn, I would have been long gone. The customer service at this store is horrible.

My experience was awful, Ordered pizza twice and never got it, Manager said if I wanted pizza, I had to order it and I would have to pick it up, Won't order again
This review is different. It's a pick-up service, so it's an easy 5. The server was super duper and also an easy 5. But the food product, not so much. I would say a 2 to be kind. BUT, L said she liked this style of thin crust and minimalistic interpretation of pizza toppings, which bumps it to a 3. I guess a few dehydrated spinach leaves are a style. I really was rooting for this to be good because, as a kid, this brand was never good and was hoping the leadership had evolved.
