We order so often and normally never have an issue but ordered this last time and never received our order and refuse to give a refund or even remake our order when spoken with a manager I get hung up on we will never order from this dominos ever again .

Awesome pizza every time I've been here. Once my order got mixed up with someone else's but they were very apologetic and replaced it promptly. Everyone is nice and if you place a pickup order, it's usually ready in about 15 minutes.

My name is George. I have screenshots for most of this. I placed my order at around 8:11. My food went into quality assurance at 8:27. Called at 9:32 to see if they were going to be able to deliver the order, or if I needed to figure something out. Was on hold for 10 minutes, and when John answered, all I could say was “Hey, so I placed an order around” before John hung up the phone. The building is quite literally 2 minutes from my house, and I paid a delivery fee and a tip. I have been drinking, so I cannot drive myself to pick it up. I will be calling someone higher up the food chain to complain.
I have never made a review before, but this is not cool.

Placed an order for delivery ahead of time, requested it be delivered at 9pm. The driver arrived at 8:30. He was nice and said he wasn’t sure why the manager told him to come so early. I called the store and asked for the manager. John answered, claimed to be the manager. I asked why my pizza was delivered so early and not at the time requested. He didn’t really know what to say. I explained I take a break at work at 9:10 and wanted hot pizza to eat not room temperature. He acted like I was the one that made the mistake and tried to tell me what I should’ve done instead. No, John. How about you follow the simple GD instructions on the order, total incompetence. This guy has no business managing anything. Oh, and not to mention my 4 year old could’ve done a better job cutting this pizza.

My mom ordered a pizza Requested it well done it was wrong in the middle and the store complained about it being raw barely wanted to refund my mother gave attitude and we waited a 30 minutes to Receive horrible food
