The most disrespectful rude customer service I’ve ever experienced! They hang up on you they do something one time then say they aren’t allowed to the next it is the most horrible experience with dominos that I have ever experienced!

Walked in tonight to pick up an online order waited for 20/30 mins and nobody said a word to me. Thankfully i picked pay in store option bc i left. Totally Understand being short staffed or busy but damn. at least little ceasers will tell you it’s going to be a long wait and not flat out act like you don’t exist. don’t recommend wasting your time or money here.

So my loaded tots were burned beyond recognition. The rude lady wanted to give me a credit on my next order. She said the oven is set on high so they burn and its not her fault.

Worst ever. Placed an order online at 10:10pm it told me it would be 21-31 mins no problem so we see the tracker says Katherine did a QUALITY CHECK AT 10:19 the next step is delivery so we figure shouldn't be long.. WRONG here it is 11pm and we call asking where our pizza is Kathrine says she just made them and she's waiting on the driver it's going to be another 15 mins mean while the tracker says she's already checked it at 10:19 so like we stated we are now waiting over an hour we get a text as she's calling her GM saying Brittany is on the way with our pizza MIND YOU WEVE BEEN AT WORK ALL DAY. Now Katherine calls back to say they can't come for 30 mins bc there is a wreak in front of our neighborhood mind you there is 10 different ways to get here so needless to say we still didn't get our pizza & THEY WASNT NICE THEY WASNT HELPFUL AND WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND WE HAVE DID BUSINESS HERE FOR YEARS
