My food was cold when delivered and was missing sauce cups. Been on hold for over 40 minutes and no one at the store has answered. Short staffed or not you can answer a phone.

After recently moving, this will be only my second time ordering from this location and will be able to provide more of a review tomorrow. I did try to split the order when on payment options and it would not allow me to split the ticket to pay separately between 2 different cards.

We made an online order. Chicken Alfredo pasta...NO CHICKEN. Pasta with robust marinara NO CHEESE...CHEESE EVERYWHERE!! Tried to call location and the system kept kicking me out. Needless to say I am pissed. I dint pick a cheese for a reason, now my grandbaby who has a milk allergy can't eat this pasta. Would be great if the manager of this location would take the time to make these errors correct.

Ordered 2 pizzas and a side. One xl pizza was completely wrong. Filled out the online claim and they refused to refund me the value of my xl pizza. Only 20% off or a 2 topping medium pizza. I had a xl pizza with a few toppings which value was higher than what was offered. I ordered online and expect to be able to handle any issues online. Had to dispose of the pizza provided as it had Alfredo sauce and no one in the household likes that.

On Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at 6:26 p.m., I ordered a veggie pizza online to be delivered to my home. After the pizza arrived at my home, I ate a couple of slices, and I didn't notice any problems. I saved the rest for leftovers. However, this evening, Saturday, Oct 5, when I went to warm up the leftover pizza, I noticed a HAIR STRAND (that wasn't mine)on 1 of the pizza slices ?. I live alone. No one else has been inside my home these past few days, so I'm not making this up it. I don't know who actually prepared this pizza, but that employee should have been wearing a HAIR NET!!! SMH!!! I don't know if these employees need more training or what! Now I have to throw my leftover pizza in the trash ?. What a waste of money!! By the way, I've read multiple NEGATIVE reviews about this particular Domino's. The manager of this Domino's needs to either get this place together or shut it down!!!

I would like to give this store 5 stars for being a great store. As a former dominos employee for 6 years, orders get messed up in really busy times and you have to understand that. Patience and kindness get you everything, but my experience has been great. Thank you guys, keep up the great work
Used to order from here alot but stopped because they got greedy with the minimum order and quality went down. They also have this one delivery guy who drives a white charger that blares music outside your place and just sits there a while, super annoying and unprofessional.

The minimum delivery fee is a joke, RPM are greedy bastards if I or 16 dollars worth of food and I’m tipping I should be able to order delivery on the app, not being forced to spend 25 dollars. You’re gonna cause drivers to not get tips.

I would seriously consider inviting anyone who gives this Domino's a bad review to a hand to hand combat match, with me. I would win, no doubt, based on my level of passion for this particular Domino's. That's how much I love them. This store has been consistently perfect for 5 years. They are so fast. Everything is exactly as it should be, cooked just right, the Pineapple is always fresh. Once they even gave my dogs exta ham as treats when I picked it up from the store and they saw my dogs with me. Plus there is a man with pink hair and hugeeee muscles there. Pretty sure that's Domino himself. The King of all Domino's, working right here at the Airport store. We are so blessed to have this store and team here. I legit love them. And anyone who doesn't can meet me in the parking lot for a battle of wills or wits or whatevers. This is my Domino's and they shall be protected at all costs. Especially Richard, the fastest delivery driver in all the lands. Muah, love you people at this store!
