Stop by for a nice relaxing drink. Great place to sit and enjoy time with friends...or just by yourself. Note: order food ahead of time or arrive very early as they sell out fast.

I saw this place online a long while back and decided to call. I wasn't able to get anyone, but always admired the photos of what I seen on the website. Well, oneday as I was dropping off my son next door I saw that they were open. I park, got out and started walking to the door. As I approached I thought maybe they were done with breakfast, because the counter was empty. Well everything was just sold out...lol the lady completing an order saw me through the window leaving and stopped me. She said we have some quiche left, it's very delicious. I said ok I'll try it. Y'all!!!! When I say this quiche was so flavorful. So, I went back yesterday and they were all out so I got a coffee instead. That banana moonpie expresso was so good. I'm going back today. You have to try it!!!

I live about 2 hours away from here but will definitely be back. I never eat out and usually bake our own goodies so when I say the food way 10/10 I mean it!! Good food is hard to find nowadays! We didn’t mind the prices either, I think our pastries for the four of us was only $16. Food was toddler friendly as well !!

I ordered a vegan cake for son’s wedding. Plus a cheese cake for Christmas. Told the owner would do a great job decorating. Also told to pick it up Monday before Christmas. Showed up Monday and no cakes. Came back Tuesday, vegan cake absolutely sparse. No decorations. Cheese cake not ready. Waited another hour. Very disappointed in cakes and service. 235 dollars for two mostly uneaten cakes I threw away today. Not sure exactly the problem. But organized and efficient my experience was not. I had high hopes. Everyone nice. Atmosphere very cool. Service and product lacking. Cost very much not worth the price.

The barista is a simpleton. She was rude and appeared to be annoyed that I had the only menu in the establishment. Then when I told her that was ready to order she said I had to get in line but I had already been waiting for her to get other orders out just giving her sometime and space since they appeared to be busy. This was my only and last visit. Next time I will go to Nova Espresso whom will appreciate the business and the way the economy is today no business can afford to be rude, disrespectful or mean toward any customer. I’m not going to insert the race card here but I felt her dismissiveness as well since she did not take that stance with customers of other ethnicities. Do better be better!

First time here. I couldn’t find price anywhere for bakery. Price for coffee is also not clear (like how much for switching to oat milk?) so after all I spent a little more than expected for 2 pastry and 3 coffees. Food is okay. You are here more for the “atmosphere”.

Ordered a $100 smash cake for my son’s first birthday and never received. Scarce communication the morning of. The cake wasn’t even ready for pickup the day we scheduled it for. Paid in full and have not received a refund. They have read my messages and will not respond. Please take your business elsewhere.

30+ minutes to get 2 coffees, 8$ croissants, and they suggest a 25% tip.

Pastries are incredible. They have coffee at a separate stand next door as well. A jewel of Mobile!

Get ready to pay a good penny but it is like you paying for a small piece of a tasty masterpiece piece. You can taste the love and butter in their bake goods. When you feel like a pick me up or treat yourself this is the place

Dropout Bakery is the place that makes every other bakery look like they're just doing homework while these peeps are writing a thesis on flavor. Everything they bake is a full grade above the status quo, a solid A+ in deliciousness every time.

What really blows me away is that they come out with a new menu every single week. That's not just baking, that's creative research and development. You can literally taste the thought, effort, and technique that goes into every batch. It's like they've got a team of dessert scientists working overtime in there, fueled by butter and cane sugar

I've been cutting out sugar lately, trying to make better choices. But Dropout Bakery is the one exception I happily make. Their treats are just too good to pass up, and you can really taste the care and quality in every bite.

And let's be honest, creating a business is not easy. Starting something new and having it actually do well is a serious accomplishment. You can tell the owners put love, care, and a bit of magic into everything they do. Dropout Bakery is proof that when passion meets pastry, everybody wins.

The ambience has its own style and uniqueness, it feels collegiate, creative, and laid-back all at once. It's the kind of place that makes you want to stay a bit longer, like a family bbq.

If you haven't been, go. Just don't blame me when you start planning your week around their new menu drops.

P.S. I love this place
