This is my go-to Dunkin. They've never gotten my order wrong. I usually get a large iced caramel macchiato light ice with extra milk and sugar. It doesn't sound like one that could be easily messed up, but I've had it happen at other coffee shops in the area.

Literally can’t make this up. I’m so disgusted I want a refund im gonna throw up im sick to my stomach. Never ordering from here again. I drank most of this coffee and my toddler wanted some so I took off the lid and see this big piece of hair floating in the ice absolutely disgusting.

the girl who rung me up she had dark black hair the she younger she was extremely rude no communication dirty looks, you work in food and have no customer service it’s ridiculous and the manger on shift was just standing there, and it’s happened a few times thru the drive thru where she won’t even look at you and basically just throw ur food at u

My donuts were just put in a box upside down, and all the bottom of the box when they put in the bag they don’t give you a wax paper they don’t napkins don’t your donuts, right waste of money ? I wish that they had good service at this Dunkin’ Donuts because it’s right by my house and my kids love donuts ?

I placed a mobile order at the Springhill location today ( 505 Schillinger Rd. S #A-110 Mobile AL 36695) and once I got there, the employee was rude and told me next time I need to wait 5 minutes after I place my order before I arrive. That’s rude to tell a paying customer when to arrive & when not to. I will never spend my money here again. I won’t spend my money with rude employeees.
