The staff is always kind of rude and short when ordering. Which is okay I guess, but then the food is also not the best. My drink always tastes different, even though I get the same thing. This location used to be my favoriteā¦Iām not sure what happened.

The amount of issues Iāve had with this location. Today we went to there to get my daughter 3 munchkins, I had a free order on my phone, had the lady scan the code and she quoted the same price she told me at the window, I said you didnāt take the munchkins off, she said yes I didā¦ we went back and fourth and another lady stepped in and saw she was wrong and had to fix it, when I drove off the munchkins werenāt even in the bag! So youāre gonna charge me, lie to me and not even give me the foodā¦ come on. A few weeks ago I went in to get the big beach bucket, they charged me $14.99 but the sign (that is still sitting outside the drive thru) says $13.99, when I confronted them, the lady said āoh I guess our sign is wrongā.š Never fixed the price on my ticket. Check your receipts.

Went there and itās about 630 pm and they claim that nothing can be toasted so pretty much any food option was not available only drinks and if you wanted a bagel, they wouldnāt be able to toast it either

Went in this morning and everyone was in a mood apparently. Ordered a chicken croissant and you could tell the chicken was microwaved and old. The coffee was just regular coffee with no sugar; I rather eat gas station food honestly.
Doordashed a matcha latte last saturday. Recieved coffee with matcha powder in it. Got a refund and tried to order and recieved the same thing again. Tried to call the store and no one picked up

This is my go-to Dunkin. They've never gotten my order wrong. I usually get a large iced caramel macchiato light ice with extra milk and sugar. It doesn't sound like one that could be easily messed up, but I've had it happen at other coffee shops in the area.

Literally canāt make this up. Iām so disgusted I want a refund im gonna throw up im sick to my stomach. Never ordering from here again. I drank most of this coffee and my toddler wanted some so I took off the lid and see this big piece of hair floating in the ice absolutely disgusting.

the girl who rung me up she had dark black hair the she younger she was extremely rude no communication dirty looks, you work in food and have no customer service itās ridiculous and the manger on shift was just standing there, and itās happened a few times thru the drive thru where she wonāt even look at you and basically just throw ur food at u
