This is a good example of a Dunkin'. We were last there on a Saturday afternoon in February 2024. Ordered some iced drinks and some churros doughnuts. Order was taken quickly, drinks were made correctly and efficiently, and there was good seating. The raspberry white chocolate iced coffee was exceptionally tasty!Parking: Its got plenty of parking in the strip mall parking lot.
Officially done giving this place "another chance." Everything about it is terrible.

They short changed me because they were of of change?? Seriously?? That's unacceptable! Then I had to pull up and wait along with many others(for a while!), my order was three hash browns and a sausage biscuit...not too complicated. On top of that, the woman at the window was extremely rude. I will NOT be back!

I will not come back to this dunkin's. They do not make the latte with fresh espresso and they don't make as their supposed to. I had to tell her how the drink is to be made so she asked another lady and she told her yes that's how it's supposed to be made. At that point I was irritated and said forget it.

I stopped at the Schillinger store, twice in the morning, 6 am. Both times.. no dining room open. The second time, I decided to walk up to the drive through, to order. The employee looked up at me. Yells out to the other employee : OMG ! There's someone at the window !!If a person is paranoid... they shouldn't work, in a public business. WORST Dunkin' experience..ever!!!!. If you want to dine in... Schillinger store. Doesn't allow that... until after 7 am ?...8 am ?..who knows when. I work in the travel industry. And I'm sharing this, with everyone!

I have been to this store daily last 4 days, but today is the last. Yesterday I ordered a macchiato drink, and when I got to where I was going, it was barely over half full. Then today I ordered an iced coffee for someone, and when I got there with it...... it was awful..... tasted burnt. Even when I told them today about yesterday's half full cup...... it was like oh well.
order two donuts on the app: one blueberry, one pumpkin. we get 2 pumpkins, no blueberry. go back to the speaker and tell them this, she says “we gave you two pumpkin donuts because we are out of blueberry.” they never said anything about being out of blueberry and we got overcharged because the blueberry cost more than the pumpkin. Made me super angry!!!

I love dunkin but this location must be lacking a manager because it's been horrible for over a year, I keep going back hoping things change because it's so convenient but nothings changed my order is always wrong, or my coffee doesn't taste right and they close at 6pm!!!! Really?!? Please send help we need this dunkin location back!!!

You can always count on this place to be a bloody failure in the evening time. I got there at 5:50 and sat at the box for a couple minutes with no response. Pulled to the window and someone stared at me then walked away. A couple more minutes, I pulled away finally. Awful service. Sure they close at 6 but yes, at SIX ... not 5:50

Be ware of the 6 hashbrown in an order rule lol I was headed to Chick-fil-A but I skip to come to this place never again. Taste like they were fry an old grease as well. Definitely do not skip Chick-fil-A for this
