Stopped at Dunkin' to get a cup of coffee. I wasn't pleased with it. My sister always wants to go to Dunkin' when she comes to town from Florida, and she is always pleased. So I thought I would try them now this was my first time getting coffee from them. Maybe someone was having an off day just saying 🙃

Hashbrowns are not fully cooked and aren't even warm, sandwich is burnt, floor is sticky, went to say something and saw the dude in the back blowing in to the machine cooking the food. Decided I didn't want him germs on my food!

The people they hired was crazy the woman had to be on drugs and was just twitching. Then night shift was like yea something wrong with her like umm yea we can tell. We go to a different one now

The workers in the morning are very friendly and always get my food/coffee out in a timely manner. This is a busy location and no fault to the workers but short staffed. I’ve worked at Dunkin's before so I feel the pain. The lady in the window in the mornings is always so nice. Don’t listen to the bad reviews… you don’t know what it’s like until you work in food!

just had an interaction with sheryl and she was the rudest most insulting worker i’ve ever met in my entire life, she tried to tell me i was insulting them because i asked them to remake my drink because of a confusion, no you do WHAT YOUR CUSTOMERS SAY u do and don’t ask questions, and you don’t pop a attitude with a customer, the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT, i would not reccomend this location, she’s ruined it for me i’ll be telling all my friends and family not to go to this location as i have never seen someone be so foul and horrible to me 0/10 reccomend the employees make the place and if you can’t treat them with respect then don’t work there

Wow. I’ve heard to avoid this location, but I had no idea the service could be this bad. Reminding them at the window several times of my very simple order (they had forgotten) felt like I was speaking another language. The experience was wild, but at least my wife and I got a laugh out of it. We won’t be back to this one 😂

TERRIBLE customer service. I went through the drive through, and when I told her my order, she only repeated back the donuts and got them wrong. So, I corrected her thinking she got my drink order right. When I drive to the window, she gives me the wrong drink. I told her my order again at the window, but then she came back with a smart comment saying I told her what she made. I didn't feel like having confrontation, so I just left. I will never be back here again. How are you going to get my order wrong twice, and then tell me I'm wrong?

Whoever made my mocha iced latte today (12/7) around 8:35 knew what they were doing. The color alone let me know it was gonna taste perfect. Drive thru cashier was friendly as well. I was in and out.
