Asked for a large hot coffee with only French vanilla swirl an add extra French vanilla swirl I didn’t get no extra an the coffee taste horrible

So, wow, just moved to the area. Went to get some coffee and breakfast this morning and was asked 5 times if I wanted to leave a tip, including being handed the credit card box and told to first choose my tip amount! I'm guessing because I didn't leave a tip at a fast food drive thru that I only received 4 small tater tots, not even half the bag and up a squashed sandwich. I can guarantee that I will never go here again! As a matter of fact, I will probably never go to any Dunkin again. I don't really eat fast food but on the rare occasion that I do it certainly won't ever be at a Dunkin again!!!

ordered through doordash, 2/3 drinks came completely spilled in the bag. I just think y’all need to get actual cup holders. Because placing them in a plastic bag with think pieces of cardboard to “hold” them is not the move.
The food was poor, the service was poor, just a poor experience. I don't think I'll go back

I had asked for a cookie butter cold brew which looks like the first photo. The lady at the window handed me just a regular iced coffee with the cookie butter flavor with no cold foam or cookie butter on top which is the second photo. I went inside hoping to have my issue resolved and all the lady did was put cold foam on it with no cookie crumbles on top and just handed it back… which I still said it wasn’t made correctly and they didn’t care. All I gotta say is that if I’m paying $5 to order something that I’ve ordered plenty of times before and it’s always been correct and then I get this lazy put together coffee, I shouldn’t have to still be disappointed when you don’t correct the coffee the way it is supposed to be made according to the recipe and setup. I am greatly disappointed with the quality of the coffee and the service to correct the issue.

Waited 5 minutes just to order and we were the only ones there. Waited 15 minutes at the window and was never acknowledged. Service was short and rude and we ended up leaving.

Unprofessional staff overshadowed a kind manager
This was my first visit to Dunkin’ Donuts. I ordered the $6 breakfast meal deal (iced coffee with almond milk and butter pecan, bacon egg & cheese sandwich, and hash browns). The coffee was fine, but the food was disappointing—cold hash browns, a sandwich in a wrinkled wrapper, and a bag with green residue on it, though I hadn’t ordered anything with guacamole.
I returned to the drive-thru to ask for a remake, but the employees seemed frustrated, and multiple staff members stared out at me while I waited, which felt uncomfortable. I eventually left, but later the manager, Christine (or Christy), kindly called me and encouraged me to return so my first experience wouldn’t end badly. She was professional and truly the only bright spot of the visit.
Unfortunately, the in-store environment was worse—employees were joking with profanity, ignoring customers, and a man (possibly an employee out of uniform) was loudly carrying on at the counter. When I finally received the remake, the English muffin sandwich was no better. It appeared to have been microwaved inside the same balled-up wrapper, with the bacon and egg from the first sandwich reused. The muffin wasn’t toasted, and the sandwich was stuck to the paper. By then, I had no intention of eating it—I only wanted to see if the second attempt would be redeeming, but it wasn’t.
Bottom line: The manager cared and tried to make it right, but the staff and overall environment were unprofessional and unwelcoming. Sadly, I won’t be returning to Dunkin Donuts. I'll stick my regular local coffee shop.

Any time I’ve been to this Location you’ve got to wait way too long. I’ve started to learn not to try to order food from Dunkin if you’re in somewhat of a hurry. This location in particular Morale inside of the store is not good

Amazing the 2 ladies there was Absolutely Amazing, they had call outs so they was the only 2 running walk thru and drive through they both was Still So Kind and Patient tbh I myself would have gotten irritated with the customers if I was in their shoes, but both these ladies were Beyond Amazing I wish I would have gotten their names to send them Shout Outs of Incredibleness
