This was my first visit to Dunkin’ Donuts. I ordered the $6 breakfast meal deal (iced coffee with almond milk and butter pecan, bacon egg & cheese sandwich, and hash browns). The coffee was fine, but the food was disappointing—cold hash browns, a sandwich in a wrinkled wrapper, and a bag with green residue on it, though I hadn’t ordered anything with guacamole.
I returned to the drive-thru to ask for a remake, but the employees seemed frustrated, and multiple staff members stared out at me while I waited, which felt uncomfortable. I eventually left, but later the manager, Christine (or Christy), kindly called me and encouraged me to return so my first experience wouldn’t end badly. She was professional and truly the only bright spot of the visit.
Unfortunately, the in-store environment was worse—employees were joking with profanity, ignoring customers, and a man (possibly an employee out of uniform) was loudly carrying on at the counter. When I finally received the remake, the English muffin sandwich was no better. It appeared to have been microwaved inside the same balled-up wrapper, with the bacon and egg from the first sandwich reused. The muffin wasn’t toasted, and the sandwich was stuck to the paper. By then, I had no intention of eating it—I only wanted to see if the second attempt would be redeeming, but it wasn’t.
Bottom line: The manager cared and tried to make it right, but the staff and overall environment were unprofessional and unwelcoming. Sadly, I won’t be returning to Dunkin Donuts. I'll stick my regular local coffee shop.

Any time I’ve been to this Location you’ve got to wait way too long. I’ve started to learn not to try to order food from Dunkin if you’re in somewhat of a hurry. This location in particular Morale inside of the store is not good

Black lady is very bad customer service. She did not give me bag. She says take just box. Ask me tip. And bad behaviour all of peoples inside the house. Need to change stuff .they destroyed company business

Amazing the 2 ladies there was Absolutely Amazing, they had call outs so they was the only 2 running walk thru and drive through they both was Still So Kind and Patient tbh I myself would have gotten irritated with the customers if I was in their shoes, but both these ladies were Beyond Amazing I wish I would have gotten their names to send them Shout Outs of Incredibleness

Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes and no one took my order. There was no line. There were plenty of employees inside when I rolled up to the window. Total apathy and lack of concern for their job. Why continue to hire people who simply do not want to work?

Stopped at Dunkin' to get a cup of coffee. I wasn't pleased with it. My sister always wants to go to Dunkin' when she comes to town from Florida, and she is always pleased. So I thought I would try them now this was my first time getting coffee from them. Maybe someone was having an off day just saying 🙃

Hashbrowns are not fully cooked and aren't even warm, sandwich is burnt, floor is sticky, went to say something and saw the dude in the back blowing in to the machine cooking the food. Decided I didn't want him germs on my food!

The workers in the morning are very friendly and always get my food/coffee out in a timely manner. This is a busy location and no fault to the workers but short staffed. I’ve worked at Dunkin's before so I feel the pain. The lady in the window in the mornings is always so nice. Don’t listen to the bad reviews… you don’t know what it’s like until you work in food!
