Literally the worst coffee shop I’ve ever been to. Couldn’t understand the cashier. She wouldn’t speak clearly. Didn’t care about our order and had to repeat it several times. Which was ONE coffee and made us pull around to WAIT in a parking spot for 10 minutes for one freaking coffee. This place is a joke and needs to be shut down.

I placed a mobile order, when I got there to pick it up my $5 avocado toast with bacon it was in a bag and barley had the avocado spread on it with 2 pieces of bacon. My hot chocolate was half full and cold, this was a horrible experience. Get it together

Servers are very welcoming but they always lack bavarian creme donuts. Other than that, everything is ok compared to dunkin donuts at Memphis, TN and Southaven MS that don't have the proper bavarian donuts.

Think twice about getting anything deliveredy from here. This is the third time they gave me the wrong drink and cold half cooked hash browns. When I contact Do or dash they tell me to contact Dunkin. When you try to call the store they never answer. I know it’s not my Dasher’s fault because the bag is sealed closed. I spend an extra $5 just to get the wrong order delivered. $20 wasted. Never again.

Worst customer service. The workers just completely ignored us for a good 10 minutes just to stare and say that the register is closed and roll her eyes. I’ve never been to an establishment where the workers were so disgusting. Then I go to the drive through, waited a half hour, and they messed up my order three times. Why? Is it so hard to ask for a medium mocha iced latte? Lol. And they tried to steal my money saying there’s no donuts ? So why charge me if there are no donuts? I’m not asking them to be nice even though you should be, but ignoring customers, rolling your eyes, messing up orders, and being a horrible person you shouldn’t be working there. Please change the workers.

This place has the worst customer service ever. Doesn’t matter when I come here; they hire the same type of people (LAZY AND UNPROFESSIONAL) I came inside for a pickup order that wasn’t ready. Mind you it was just two drinks. So they could have easily made the order really quick. They decided that the drive thru customers were more important. So they took their orders first. Then a white man came in 3 mins behind me and they started helping him. They were like “yes sir and no sir”. So professional… too bad I didn’t get the same treatment even though I was there before him…Ridiculous!! I don’t see what’s so stressful about making coffee and donuts all day.. But go off.. and you just got to work… so it couldn’t be that hard.. wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Just make your coffee at home. You’ll get it faster.. and you don’t have to deal with rude people early in the morning. Even McDonald’s has better customer service than them and that’s saying something..
I have visited this location before. The staff seems new and service is below the standard I have received in the past.My bagel I ordered was cold and appears the person preparing it just piled cold cream cheese on it. I did not complain but I did trash it in lobby. It was not worth a complaint or confrontation with the manager . Needless to say, I will not be going back anytime soon.

My mocha frappe (or the equivalent of) was delicious. I went with a friend who frequently comes here. My first visit here was awesome!
I had a mobile order today and the staff there was amazing! Best service and coffee, and doughnuts ?!! I have the names of the staff and think the manager needs to give them a raise… they should be a training store for the region! I’m calling the store tomorrow and suggesting a raise for these irreplaceable employees.. Mobile is blessed to have them in their county! Go support this location!! It’s not everyday you find great service and get what you came for! Thank you for being you and making my day better! I appreciate you all!
