They got my order wrong. When I returned, the worker was extremely dry and unconcerned of the error they made. This was a horrible representation of DD.

I'm extremely cheap and I do not go to these places but coming out of the hospital with my wife they were extremely friendly and it was a pleasant experience for everything but my wallet🤑... but keep in mind I'm the guy that just buys bulk coffee and makes my own dirty water coffee at home.

The fact that I gave it a low score is that when running a business you should be operational during the time that you said you would be open. The store hours say 5am during a long hours of working we wanted what all first responders require, doughnuts and coffee. And we could not satisfy our tastebuds with any due to the fact that the store was not open during the time it was suppose to be open.

The drive-through don’t play. Those people
are so efficient and always get me out of there in less than five minutes. I travel to so many different Dunkin’ Donuts and they are so polite and always get my order right thank you. And the fully loaded hashbrowns are my favorite thing on the menu, especially with that little spicy queso!!

I visited this Dunkin Donuts on Saturday 8/24/24 @ approximately 3pm.
I put down my computer to log on to wifi to make sure it was working and before I was even greeted I was told I can not sit in the lobby to use the wifi. There was no "Welcome in or Welcome to Dunkin. The way I was trained at Dunkin is that you greet the guest. After I told the gentleman I was going to order he explained those were the order from the manager. I asked to speak to her I was told she wasn't in. I feel like I profiled as a non patron so I decided to NOT patron. As I began to leave I see the manager walk to the front of store to move her car and did not bother to greet me either. She moved her car to the back and continued to sit inside her car and talk on the phone

Hard to believe I went to a donut shop at 10 AM, and all they had were 2 Boston Cream, 1 vanilla cream and 1 jelly donut, no chocolate frosted and only stale glazed in plenitude. Dunkin' Donuts, you should be ashamed. I would like to say this is a rare occurrence. However, over the past couple of years, similar occurrences have happened 4 times. I am done trying.
