So my wife loves Dunkin donuts pumpkin coffee. I am not a fan of the chain anymore. Doughnuts are frozen and delivered instead of freshly made at the location like a few years ago . My wife rates them a 5. I'm someplace around a 3. Staff was friendly, coffee was made well. I skipped the previously frozen food and she enjoyed her's. It's unfortunate because I used to really enjoy the chain. I currently get my doughnuts at Publix or a local shop, occasionally Krispy cream who still makes them fresh but Dunkin has better coffee ☕.

I dream about waking up and getting my butter pecan frozen coffee..with extra butter pecan. I come at least 4 out of 7 days a week. I always ask for extra butter pecan so it doesn't taste like water. So this day I only get 3 pumps instead of the 6 pumps. It tasted like water. So I called a couple of times and no one answered. So now I turned around and brought it back. They tell me to wait in park up front. Before I even got to the park the boy comes right back out with the same cup I just handed him. It still tastes like water. I parked and brought it back inside and the lady got an attitude saying she put 3 more pumps in it. But she should of just started over instead of being uncaring about me the customer and my hard earned money that I'm spending. I just got a refund because they refused to start over and make it right. So now I'm looking for a new coffee shop

they messed up my drink more then once. i’m pregnant and need decaf and i don’t believe they give me decaf. also i have points i want to use and they still charge me full price. i’m about over dunkin.
