Stopped there 3-4 times in the last 6 months, usually right after lunchtime. Every time they are out of donuts. There may have been 7 total in the different flavors. 1 if this, 2 of that. Totally unacceptable for a donut company to operate this way. Won’t waste any more of my time stopping there.

I am still in the hospital healing from giving birth 4 days ago, and my fiancé ordered 2 drinks. An iced brown sugar shaken espresso and an iced pumpkin latte. The shaken espresso was ordered as a large. When she tried handing him a small espresso he asked for it to be corrected; she first tried pouring it into a large cup and filling the rest of the large cup with ice (in front of him) instead of remaking it. Then he gets to the hospital with MY iced pumpkin latte and it has NO coffee what so ever in it. Imagine my surprise when I’m extremely exhausted and it’s just milk and flavoring. We both tried calling the phone number and it doesn’t even connect you to the store.

So my wife loves Dunkin donuts pumpkin coffee. I am not a fan of the chain anymore. Doughnuts are frozen and delivered instead of freshly made at the location like a few years ago . My wife rates them a 5. I'm someplace around a 3. Staff was friendly, coffee was made well. I skipped the previously frozen food and she enjoyed her's. It's unfortunate because I used to really enjoy the chain. I currently get my doughnuts at Publix or a local shop, occasionally Krispy cream who still makes them fresh but Dunkin has better coffee ☕.
