How is anyone supposed to get in to this location when they're only open 6 hours a day and closed the weekends but aren't even open for their listed hours? So disappointing.

No customer service the woman straight asked me what I want when I got to the front this was my first time ever going and it was not what I expected at all it was very dry nothing seemed fresh there wasn’t even a grill on egg was fake tastin af need to start adding mayo to the sandwich’s or something.. overpriced coffee med was 7$ I can get a large at Starbucks for that…

On Thursday, August 4th, 2022 they told me they were closed, yet there were at least 3-4 employees chatting and listening to music in there for hours. Came in around 8:30 (a few minutes before my class started) and left class around 11:15. They were in there the whole time, still closed. Ppllllleeeaaaassseeeee update your hours on google and post your updated hours on the door. It getting super annoying now.

You might want to call first. They have no business hours posted on their door and the business hours on Google are not accurate. I was there at 8 AM on a Tuesday and they were closed. Poor business practice in my opinion.
Get fast food, their bagel egg sandwiches are the bomb, order it with bacon. Yummy

Consistently the worst experience. Want a sandwich with tomatoes? They're out of tomatoes. Want a sandwich with cucumbers? Out of cucumbers. What about a bagel sandwich with bacon? Out of bagels and bacon. How about customer service? All out of that too. But there's plenty of awful selection and rude attitude directed at their customers.

I dont know if it is because it is on a college campus, but the prices are higher than other einsteins I have been to. The food is good and the staff is friendly. Can get busy during lunch
