good service, great size portions for price. only very minor complaint is I prefer more seasoning with my steak and chicken was little on bland side

month later 2nd visit was great also. definitely recommend if in area!. love 1/2 pitcher margaritas

It was packed. The lady was not as friendly as we hoped. We'll go back though.

If you like Pina coladas ........ You'll like this place. Fajita quesadilla, caldo de pollo, fried ice cream 👍👍👍😳 menudo!

Great food and drinks

I am regular here. The location is superb off SCHILLINGER rd near Good Will, behind Waffle house. You can miss it if just driving by. The restaurant has huge parking. My favorite food is mokajente. It's served in pot with different meats. Margaritas are best and cheapest in town. Also there is a drink coronarita.you can try if like beer and margaritas.

Absolutely horrible. The food was cold, then they stuck it in the microwave and brought it back out. They said they were very busy, and i told them lots of restaurants are busy, but they don't bring out cold food. The plates were even cold. We will never be back. So unprofessional.

Solid Mexican food. Steak was a little overdone. If you go for the chips and salsa, this is the place to do that.

My bf & I have been here several times & I almost always get the pineapple burrito. It's delicious & my favorite thing on the menu. The food has always been good & the staff is friendly & attentive.

El Giro has been the best Mexican restaurant in Mobile for many years!! It's been awhile since I've been there because they are located across town from me. Servings are huge, quality is always fresh and hot, and choices are vast!! It is still the best Mexican restaurant I have ever had! Ever!! From now on, I'll be driving across town when I get that craving for Mexican!!

Update: ive been eating here for a very long time...i usually do take out
..my usual is the special dinner...tonight it was not good...disappointing to say the least...they must have a new cook or cutting back on favor/spices...it was all gummy...wad of cheese here and there... it was all bland...it was like it had been sitting there for a really long time...I won't be going back...to spend that kind of money and get junk...they used to be really good...

Food was great, I had a chicken quesadilla and a tostada. This place offers a great lunch time menu, with plenty to choose from. My daughter had the shrimp quesadilla, which smelled amazing.
