love this place and love the food, the best sandwich you can eat

Left after standing in a line that was barely moving. service was extremely slow

Food was good but the drink machine was out of the drink I wanted.

Very high price for very little meat. Certainly not worth 12 dollars for the quantity they give you.

I tried the french dip. It had no flavor. The Au Jue added nothing but wet. Not worth the extra price.

These people didn’t include all of the ingredients I asked for to get in my sub. They still added mayo when I told them not to do so. Don’t come here unless you want something totally different from what you asked and payed for. ?

Beware drivers if your coming to this location you might be waiting for no reason. I waited at this location 11 minutes for nothing. I told the girl who I was there to pick up for she told me just a minute the order isn't ready yet. I waiting the 11 minutes then I ask her how much longer will it be ready and she goes looking for the order now and then tells me she doesn't have the order and ask me to show her. I said oh you didnt hear me say the person name when you asked me she said heard the first name. Im just not going to say the customer name. Why would she make me wait for no reason at all grubhub doesn't pay drivers to wait grubhub doesn't pay drivers to pick up missing orders either. Glad to know how they do drivers that come pick up for other people. BEWARE DRIVERS..

Restaurant appears unclean, tables and floor are sticky. Employees seem bored, unfriendly. The food is ok. Prices have increased; a whole sandwich, chips, drink, for two cost around $40.

I called to place a Togo order and someone rudely answered the phone and didn’t say anything. Slams the phone on counter. I said HELLO 50 times to realize they’re not coming to the phone. So when I hung up to call back, the phone line gave a busy tone. Very disappointed! Bad business never go unrecognized.

This afternoon I visited this Firehouse. I had a small problem with my sandwich and they handled it amazingly. They listened and rectified the problem.
