Restaurant appears unclean, tables and floor are sticky. Employees seem bored, unfriendly. The food is ok. Prices have increased; a whole sandwich, chips, drink, for two cost around $40.

Great place to get sub sandwiches. Hot sandwiches are my favorite and their hook and ladder has ham and turkey with all the fixings. They also support the local community. Order on their app to earn points towards free food.

Today's experience at Firehouse went from upsetting to amazing very quickly. The owner of our company treated everyone to lunch, so of course everyone wanted Firehouse. I put in the order online, because it was quite a large order for 6 employees. I get to Firehouse and turns out someone came in just before me, said my name and had taken the entire order. I double checked with everyone I worked with to make sure it wasn't picked up already. A lady that works there, named...
