The worse place in Mobile to pickup from. Low energy staff with no sense of urgency. DASHERS AVOID THIS PLACE THEY WILL COST YOU MONEY JUST LIKE THE INCORRECT TIMES ON THE HOURS. Mediocrity at its worse.

We got our sandwich and noticed the flavor of the sub. Mine was awesome and Mom's was ok.But.... The feng shui and store layout is lost. The flow of incoming patrons is not smooth. The counter is just so big it takes up too much room for the customers. The food was good, the flow was not.Wheelchair accessibility: Not a lot of room for wheelchairs. It would be cramped if you brought one in and with the counter so high it would take time to make this happen.

My car broke down in the parking lot around 7 PM on Tuesday night and I was stuck waiting on a tow truck. At first, I went in to just get a water cup and they were more than happy to offer me one after I explained how bad my night was going. Later, I decided I needed to get dinner while the tow truck was on its way (at this point it was 8:50- and they close at 9) and they were so understanding and ready to make me a sandwich! The staff was so kind, the host name on my receipt was April but there were two other men as well who were extremely helpful. The service here made my night so much better and I am so grateful there are still kind people like this in the service industry!

Usual busy lunch rush however one staff member was beyond rude the way she talked to guest and coworkers. If you are taking names call the orders by name not yell out,” club on wheat, club on wheat I said it once and I said it twice I’m not remaking it.” And tell your coworkers ,”people need to hurry up and get there food.” I won’t return to this site even if it was the last place open in Mobile.

I came in right before closing...I know I shouldn't have. I asked if it was too late to order they told me no of course not. I ordered my sub and a few minutes it was ready. I get home (maybe 5 min away) I'm excited for my new York STEAMER. I. Opened it up and noticed nothing was heated or steamed. The meat was straight COLD. Now I work on food service and if I can not provide the product I sell I tell the customer. No the sandwich is still tasty but not what I expected.
